Good snacks place in Inorbit vashi
Have been to their flagship restaurant in Colaba but this is situated in a mall hence options are limited
But taste is still authentic as always
We had Dahi Wada Basket chaat Chhole bhature
Quality of curd and their spice proportion is excellently maintained
Not many make the basket chaat but at Kailash parbat it’s a speciality .. full marks to it.
Chhole was reasonably Spiced with good flavour of khada garam masala. Bhature was not too oily which was a good thing
Also had cheese corn balls and a bread patty
Overall a good place to have tasty chaat in an hygienic environment
Visited Kailash Parbat which is in Vashi for their Unlimited buffet. The cost is 349/- + Taxes. It has a very spacious ambience. We started off with corn soup. For starters we got Kebab and potato chilli and some Chaat. For maincourse they had 3 vegetables and jeera rice, dal fry and tandoori roti. For dessert we had gulab jamun. It was a nice homely meal.

I was here few days back and tried the lunch buffet served by @kailashparbatvashi and to my surprise it was worth it. The veg lunch buffet which they serve is just @299+taxes. They serve 5 course meal which consists of soup, starters, chaats, maincourse, desserts and salads...
They serve salads, raita, papad, pickles too in the buffet.
Started my meal with vegetable clear soup, followed by dahi papadi chaat and sev puri. The starters were kanda bhaji, vegetable sheekh kebab and chilli garlic potatoes. The main course consists of 2 gravies, one was paneer makhanwala and vegetable kadai, and capsicum aloo ki sukhi sabji. The fried rice and vegetable manchurian gravy was just awesome. And gulab jamun for desserts.
The ambiance is good and calm. Spacious place and family friendly.
The quality and taste here is fantastic. We tried ragda dahi puri , punjab express pizza, penne pasta and kulfi falooda. They have a live chaat corner. They use fresh ingredients. The pizza was thin crust but still it was so soft and yummy. The rabdi and icecream in falooda was amazing. Really loved visiting. They have good sizzlers as well.
Quality is Good, but Plate of biryani in the sample shown is different from the plate I got served ...it looks Chole in good quantity but was very less (i have uploaded the photo of both, sample shown and plate served)
Good quality and service. Liked the chaat and pizza. 👍🏻
The restaurant serves tasty food at reasonable price. Hygiene is maintained which is pre requisite.
