I recently had the pleasure of dining at Late Jaffer Bhai’s, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of remarkable. This restaurant truly lives up to its legacy and continues to mesmerize with its authentic Mughlai cuisine. From the moment I walked in, I was transported to a world of rich flavors and culinary traditions. The menu offered a tantalizing array of dishes, each more enticing than the last. The Dabba Gosht was an absolute standout - tender, succulent, and bursting with spices that danced on my taste buds. It was a true testament to the culinary expertise that Late Jaffer Bhai was known for. But the culinary journey didn’t stop there. The Kheema Khichdi was a comforting delight, combining the simplicity of khichdi with the bold flavors of spiced kheema. It was a perfect dish for those seeking both comfort and excitement on their plate. And of course, ending the meal with Shahi Tukde was the cherry on top. These delectable sweet slices were a royal treat, bathed in saffron syrup and adorned with nuts and silver leaf. They provided a sweet and satisfying conclusion to our meal.
