One of the finest place to have kebab rolls and kebab at bandra the place is open till 2:30pm in night the taste of the kebabs were too good💫

They don't have a dine in place but the taste is simply superbbb, best kebabs and leg joint

had after 1 year still the same in taste. Miss uncle sitting there and shouting the orders , Sad that he passed away. 4* cause Price has gone up by 50buck on my regular that's to much but ok if once in blue moon.

Azay's Kabab is one of my favourite kabab joints in Mumbai. They have amazing taste than any othe. I reduce one star only for pathatic condition of stall but taste is same as other branches.

One of the BEST rolls in town. Should try my Favourite Mutton Boti Roll, it's tenderness from the hot BBQ gives the smokey flavour. Also, try Mutton Sheekh Roll and Mutton Tawa Roll. Chicken lovers can aslo enjoy. Quality and quantity is too good and worth the wallet.

This is an eatery by the street, serves excellent non-veg rolls and kebabs. They do not have seating or any additional restaurant-like amenities. It is a basic street-food shop with a limited menu, but definitely worth a try if you're in the area

Tasty kababs and tikkas rosted on coles are mouthwatering. But no parking available and no siting, as it is a busy road side stall. So take a parcel and enjoy juicy and tasty kababs, tikkas and rolls as per your choice.

Very yummy and serving is quite good,but as I am mutton lover you have to reached early then you can get mutton boti,and mutton sheek ,other wise they serve chicken it also good

Taste was awesome. When you pass from the outlet the smell makes you hungry and mouth watering. And when you take first bite with tamarind chutney it feels like don't stop and keep on eating.

Amazing place for a quick bite. Best for seekh kebab, Malai tikka and chicken kebabs. They make fresh kebabs and rolls in front of you and they are so fresh that they melt in your mouth. Another thing that I love about them is thier service. They did not have seekh kebabs so he went to khar and got seekh kebabs from the Khar franchise. The kebabs were still hot and fresh.

The best kebabs had so far.. must try chicken tikka cheese roll, chicken seekh kebab, chicken kalimiri kebabs & many more. Excellent customer service provided by Ali.

Tried chicken seekh and chicken tikka roll. Both were awesome. The chicken seekh had 4 pieces of chicken seekh which was nicely grilled upon the coals accompanied with red and green chutney with chopped onions. The seekh kebabs went very well with the chutney. Chicken seekh kebab is just for 130 VFM 5/5.

I am a lazy guy. So summoning the energy to write a review would require some outstanding motivation. And so it was with this quite literally a hole in the wall joint. I won't bother to even try describing the amazing mutton seekh roll that takes me to this place again and again. They've perfected the blend and proportion of the spices and seasonings to an unbelievable degree.<br/>Just go and give it a try, ask for a Desi roll if you like it hot as I do, on the other if you like to go low on the chilly, say so or ask for the Arabian one. Trust me, if you know your Kebabs, you'll be a regular here. Something to look forward to repeatedly.

Okay food, portion size is very little for the price over all o would recommend another place it isn't worth the price at all. Make sure to find other alternatives for this place

These are the worst seekh kababs that I have ever had being an Indian. Please visit Jama Masjid in Delhi once to see the real flavor of this delicacy called Kababs.

Fantastic food. Very tasty rolls. They know how to treat their meat. The mutton kaleji was very good. The chicken shekh is delicious. The mutton surekh is a little spicy for those who can't handle spice. The guys who serve as very helpful. Must eat

Ayaz’s kabab ..!! I am simply in love with this place they serve the best mouth watering kabab I have ever eaten in Mumbai . The best part is there kababs are so tender and tasty it just melts in your mouth . The most recommend kebabs is mutton Shekh kabab, chicken tikka , chicken shekh , and much more . Perfect place to serve your late night cravings for kebabs. I have had chicken malai tikka, chicken tikka and mutton seekh and I liked it all. Also, its even more delicious if you visit the place and have hot kebabs coming up from the hot grill.

The original AYAZ location, it is best to eat here with your car parked, since delivery from here could take a while.<br/><br/>You can’t go wrong with the chicken tikka as a starter or roll it is fantastic, the chutneys are spicy and tangy do beware in case you cannot take the spice. <br/><br/>Chicken seekh is fab, so are the other tikkas but they taste similar to the chi Tikka, which is the best one. They sometimes have kheeri in stock which is just YUM. Mushroom Tikka is average here, the paneer would be a better bet for vegetarians. <br/><br/>Not too much variety but the above mentioned dishes will definitely make ur day. Clean and healthy to eat if you eat without the roll and food service. The owner Imtiaz is a very sweet fellow. Highly recommended for Tikka lovers. 🙏

My late night cravings were served well by Ayaz. I had ordered chicken seekh kebab, mutton seekh kebab and egg bhurji. The kebabs were tasty and well cooked with perfect amount of spices. The bhurji was made well with fresh chillies and onions. An added advantage would be personally going there and have hot kebabs right coming up from the hot grills. Must visit!!

The servers were well attentive of our needs even on a Friday night. We were greeted with chutneys and mutton Seekh kabab, Chicken tikka kabab and Keema roles in our Taxi. Both of these appetisers were the best I had . Ayaz's is a tiny kebab place on hill road on the way to bandstand and mount mary. Its a take away place and they serve in the car too. They offer rolls and kebabs.<br/><br/>We ordered chicken tikka roll . Taste was nothing great, size of the rolls were also satisfactory.<br/><br/>Damages to the pocket - Rs 240 for 2 rolls. (Approx US $ 3.30 )<br/><br/>Overall experience - taste was below average and nothing great. I would rate this place 2 on 5.

Understand that this place serves street food - Kababs and rolls which are decent in taste. I've always ordered the Kalimiri roll and felt that these are not filling enough. Last night I ordered for just the Kababs (Kalimiri and mutton seekh) and the quantity they sent was embarrassing. Paying around 350 for a little box of food doesn't seem fair to me, considering the taste isn't exceptional and it's not even a proper restaurant.

This is a take away outlet where you get really good kebabs I mean really good. It doesn't have place to seat so you can grab your roll and go.pretty good to recommend friends if you have car and can eat while seated in car.

If you are craving for kebabs and delicious tikka rolls then Ayaz is a really good place located on hill road near band stand, Bandra West. Now this is a takeaway stall where you can stand and eat or do a takeaway or even order in your car. I prefer to regularly pick up rolls from here and then go for a nice evening walk at Band stand. This place has never disappointed in taste. The staff is limited but the service is quick. The delicious kebabs are grilled on coal fire and served hot🔥 😍<br/>The meat is marinated well, perfectly cooked and the prices are also moderate. The bhuna chicken, chicken tikka, chicken reshmi rolls are delicious. A relatively new joint in Bandra that has gained popularity with the late-night party crowd!<br/>Ayaz’s opens only in the evenings after 6pm.<br/>They serve up great kebabs and rolls. You should definitely try the Chicken reshmi, kalimiri and malai tikkas.<br/>The mutton taws roll is also very recommendable!

Never order home delivery from this place . I stay in the next lane . They take an order saying 20 mins and the food is no delivered till 90mins . Worst service ever

This place is by far the best place for rolls. <br/>I had tried chicken kalimiri tikka roll which was mouth-watering and luscious. Juicy chicken was moist and spicy. I prefer spicy food so I loved the proper blend of flavours.<br/>This place is open till late night which is a great thing. <br/>I would love to visit this place again.<br/>

Dont why this place is rated so low, its actually the best place for rolls in Bandra(west). Ayaz. The name itself is enough but the mutton seekh roll which i ordered was dry in taste it was not juice nor the stuffing of chatni n onions where up to the mark on dry seekh n roti was cmng in mouth... Overall not a gud roll what I ate donno abt chicken so can't comment

Good for tikkas and rolls on the go. It's an open kitchen, no seating area, with the heveanly tandoor and tikka whiff wafting in the air.<br/><br/>It gets crowded during the evening, so be prepared to wait.<br/>Shiva

A regular rolls place, similar to the likes of Ayubs, Mini Punjab, Bademiyan, etc. The staples i.e. Chicken Tikka Roll and the Mushroom roll are quite good. They do have specials like Chicken with Omelette Roll or Chicken Aloo Tikka roll which are also really good.
