Tried chicken seekh and chicken tikka roll. Both were awesome. The chicken seekh had 4 pieces of chicken seekh which was nicely grilled upon the coals accompanied with red and green chutney with chopped onions. The seekh kebabs went very well with the chutney. Chicken seekh kebab is just for 130 VFM 5/5.
I am a lazy guy. So summoning the energy to write a review would require some outstanding motivation. And so it was with this quite literally a hole in the wall joint. I won't bother to even try describing the amazing mutton seekh roll that takes me to this place again and again. They've perfected the blend and proportion of the spices and seasonings to an unbelievable degree.
Just go and give it a try, ask for a Desi roll if you like it hot as I do, on the other if you like to go low on the chilly, say so or ask for the Arabian one. Trust me, if you know your Kebabs, you'll be a regular here. Something to look forward to repeatedly.

Ayaz’s kabab ..!! I am simply in love with this place they serve the best mouth watering kabab I have ever eaten in Mumbai . The best part is there kababs are so tender and tasty it just melts in your mouth . The most recommend kebabs is mutton Shekh kabab, chicken tikka , chicken shekh , and much more . Big thumbs up to this place I highly recommend this place to all kabab lovers it’s definitely worth a try ...!

“Ayaz’s The Kebab Place” another popular Kebab place from Hill Road Bandra which is located opposite to St. Andrews Church in the line of Salim’s Shahi Sigdi.
This place has 4 outlet in Mumbai including this one. Being kebab place, the menu of this place is exclusively for non-vegetarians with just few option for vegetarians.
We ordered Mutton Seekh Kebab, which is served typically with chutney and onions on the side. Mutton seekh Kebabs were really yummy and mouthwatering.

Perfect place to serve your late night cravings for kebabs. I have had chicken malai tikka, chicken tikka and mutton seekh and I liked it all. Also, its even more delicious if you visit the place and have hot kebabs coming up from the hot grill.
The original AYAZ location, it is best to eat here with your car parked, since delivery from here could take a while.
You can’t go wrong with the chicken tikka as a starter or roll it is fantastic, the chutneys are spicy and tangy do beware in case you cannot take the spice.
Chicken seekh is fab, so are the other tikkas but they taste similar to the chi Tikka, which is the best one. They sometimes have kheeri in stock which is just YUM. Mushroom Tikka is average here, the paneer would be a better bet for vegetarians.
Not too much variety but the above mentioned dishes will definitely make ur day. Clean and healthy to eat if you eat without the roll and food service. The owner Imtiaz is a very sweet fellow. Highly recommended for Tikka lovers. 🙏
My late night cravings were served well by Ayaz. I had ordered chicken seekh kebab, mutton seekh kebab and egg bhurji. The kebabs were tasty and well cooked with perfect amount of spices. The bhurji was made well with fresh chillies and onions. An added advantage would be personally going there and have hot kebabs right coming up from the hot grills. Must visit!!

Azay's Kabab is one of my favourite kabab joints in Mumbai. They have amazing taste than any othe. I reduce one star only for pathatic condition of stall but taste is same as other branches.

Should try my Favourite Mutton Boti Roll, it's tenderness from the hot BBQ gives the smokey flavour.
Also, try Mutton Sheekh Roll and Mutton Tawa Roll.
Chicken lovers can aslo enjoy.
Quality and quantity is too good and worth the wallet.
This is an eatery by the street, serves excellent non-veg rolls and kebabs.
They do not have seating or any additional restaurant-like amenities.
It is a basic street-food shop with a limited menu, but definitely worth a try if you're in the area
Tasty kababs and tikkas rosted on coles are mouthwatering. But no parking available and no siting, as it is a busy road side stall.

Very yummy and serving is quite good,but as I am mutton lover you have to reached early then you can get mutton boti,and mutton sheek ,other wise they serve chicken it also good
Taste was awesome. When you pass from the outlet the smell makes you hungry and mouth watering. And when you take first bite with tamarind chutney it feels like don't stop and keep on eating.
