The food here is good but the best part is banana split.
This place is good for a family lunch or dinner as well as a hangout with friends.
No complaints with the place except the floor is congested.
Food was good. Its a simple place with a simple ambience. We just had snacks. PauBhaji was very yummy. Other items was also good. Not expensive also
9th November 2019. Lunched idli sambhar chutney and Ganga Jamuna fresh juice. Quick, good service. Decent food.
They have good south Indian food especially their sambhar is really nice.
Additionally their Pav bhaji is worth trying too. Service is pretty fast.
Its a nice, comfortable and cozy place. Good for dinner or lunch. The food quantity and quality is worth the price. Food items that we tried here: Manchow soup, veg crispy, cheese balls, corn tikkas, dry Manchurian, veg handi and veg kolhapuri, naan.
The Indian food was as tempting and delicious. The Chinese was good. The staff and the service was nice.
The restaurant located near to station. Quite large place and one of the finest option in this area for vegetarian crowd. Comfortable seating.
I tried:
#Tri_ Paneer Tikka: Dish contained two pieces each of -Paneer Tikka
-Paneer pahadi kebab
- Paneer Malai Tikka
#Daal khichadi: this was little disappointing for me as had very less amount of daal .
#Maysore masala Dosa: Again they put normal yellow potato vegetable inside dosa.
Shiv Sagar Is one of the best Veg restaurants around Mumbai they have been serving tasty veg food from many years and the quantity and quantity they have been serving has been brilliant a perfect family restaurant and quality veg food at Shiv Sagar reasonable price staffs are friendly and have been quick in their service overall 10/10 to this place.
I have been there before some days. Place was very nice and restaurant atmosphere is very peaceful as i was on weekdays at afternoon. Sitting arrangements are very comfortable and relaxed. The staff was very nice.
Food quality was very much good. I had ordered some paneer stuff for starter and the taste was very very good. Also the veg biryani had very nice smell as well as very tasty.
I recomend you to taste FONDUE PAW BHAJI at least once.
Things is that they will charge you approximately 28% tax in the form of Service Tax and GST.
Whenever go for hangouts at Churchgate Marine drive , stomach crave for some food
So visited here at "Shiv Sagar" which is situated at Veer Nariman Road Churchgate.
We ordered
1) Shiv Sagar Special Pav Bhaji in which they garnish bhaji with some dry fruits like cashew nuts, track etc. Taste was pretty good and testy.. Must try 😋
2) Singapore Noodle, taste was good and little spicy. 😋
After all done chocolate soap will be served with bill taste good 😋
Restaurant is clean and tidy there is also facility for alcohol and drinks.
Staff was good and cooperative.
Place is good for hangouts with family and friends and couple also welcome.
We will rate this place
Food : 4.2/5
Ambience: 4.8/5
Service : 4.6/5
Excellent food. Quality has been maintained over the years
Location - Conveniently located along a main road.
Ambiance - It is congested. When you go to upper level, in all probability you will bang your head on the construction beam. They have protection so it might not injure you but still makes you uncomfortable.
Service - Prompt and efficient.
Food - Good. We had Pav bhaji and it was good. Fresh Lime soda was good as well.
Price - Expensive
Parking - Could be a challenge
Very pathetic service no proactiveness in staff. Very slow service not worth not recommended
An authentic place to go for amazing pav bhaji. I have never had anything like it. They are super friendly in there and the food is tasty and cheap. I will return upon my next visit to Mumbai.
The vibe is amazing and the place is cozy. The staff is well mannered, polite and attentive. They offer a wide variety of cuisines and food options. The food was quite good, except the Italian menu. As it's usually quite busy during dinner time, you might have to wait a bit longer for your food to arrive. Other than that a good and decent place to have dinner with your friends and family
Amazing Food! They have a legacy which very few can match..original mumbai flavors that are sure to make you happy. Do try the pav bhaji, dosa and garlic bread with cheese. Superb service as well however don't expect very good ambience. The place is pretty old but you surely won't be disappointed
Nice Place right next to Nariman Point & Churchgate station.
The food was worth the money, the quantity was good. Ordered Malai methi matar, corn sabji with makai roti & also masala papad.
Also forgot bout the lemon coriander soup. The best out of all. Lemon & Coriander was just simply amazing
This is a family restaurant located near Nariman point. The ambience is spacious and hygenic. The place is well maintained. The menu is affordable and pocket friendly. The service is also quick. The food and drinks over here is really delicious.
I had the following:
Paneer chilly
Combination Rice
Mojito
Black forest special
All the about dishes were served fresh and were well cooked. This restaurant is really budget friendly.
Food quality is amazing.
Quantity is also Good.
Service of the Staff is also Fast ,polite.
Prices are quite More than reasonable but as per Service, quality is Okay.
Drinks available & Pure vegeterain restaurant.
5 minutes walking from Marine lines & Churhgate railway station.
Lots to choose from, fantastic food and service and cheap prices. We came back to eat there all three days we were in Mumbai. Highly recommended!!
This is a pure veg restaurant that serves alcohol. That's quite unique.
It was a busy place on a Sunday night when we visited. Experimented with a new kind of starter, which tasted ok (image attached - pumpkin + cheese + cherry). The paneer starter was fantastic. But the biryani & buttermilk were quite disappointing :( hence, the 3 stars.⭐
The ambience was also pretty dim. 🔅
