Lovely lunch today. Ordered the crab cake sandwich and was pleased by the quality of the crab cake, as well as the nicely toasted roll, thick slices of ripe avocado, and crisp hot bacon which accompanied it. The side of fresh fruit was also generous and perfectly ripe. A very good experience! Add this to the best dining view on the island on a gorgeous Fall day, and it adds up to perfection!

This outlet is just opposite babulnath temple. I have really liked the different types of dosas out here. I would recommend cheese sada, mysore masala, cheese paneer chilly, maggie sada and cheese mysore sada dosa to all. I also had pani puri and samosa chaat out here and it was good.
a nice place to have a mix of dosas, pizza, chaats and rolls. All the food is of good quality for a road side stall. They have jain as well as non jain chutney so do ask for it.
Dishing out dosas for over two decades, Babulnath Dosa Center is our permanent drive through fast food place. It started off as just delicious dosas but they've now diversified into also served chaat and tikkas and sandwiches! Needless to say the mainstay is still the dosas and the many types of it that they serve but we tried the tikka roll and chaat the first time around though and were impressed. The lane usually over the weekend gets chocablock with people trying to find a parking spot to be able to have the food. So try visiting this place at odd hours if you want to thoroughly enjoy the feel of street side scrumptious food!
They have been serving dosas since atleast 20 years (started from road side) and now have shifted to a place inside in the corner opposite Babulnath temple. They have a wide variety of dosas available. My fav here is still butter sada.

I just love the dosas here, they are the best. I have been having dosas here since 20 years now and they are pretty as yummy! They do not have any seating. Its like street food and one has to eat it standing or in your own car.. Parking can get a problem, but manageable with time..
Food we ordered :
Cheese mysore : 10/10
masala dosa : 10/10
chilly cheese sandwich : 8/10
dahi puri : 10/10
Onion Sada : 10/10
I have been eating here since over a decade or rather since the time they were a roadside 2 man business.
Their dosas are to die for. Based on your liking, they have every possible flavour- from Chinese to cheese to Palak Paneer to Mysore masala. Name it and they have it.
Apart from dosas they also have great rolls and their pain Puri is also quite good. They have a variety of other dishes like chaat, sandwiches and pizzas that give you perfect variety to do dinner there.
If you haven’t tried this place, this is a must visit to enjoy Mumbai’s street food!
Street food at its best.
Ive been to Mumbai a couple of times but have never really got to savour the popular cuisine that remains true to this city. This time food occupied a huge place on my itinerary. Trust me, this place should be on your must-to-do-list when in Mumbai. Don’t let this place intimidate you. The food won’t let you down. No seating available. Dine in, in your car or better still, use the boot of your car as a table.

After a long wait I get to finally try this place.. heard so so so much about it and staying around the corner I never visited
Sooo many varieties of dosa and uttapum
Tried their Onion uttapum and mysore masala dosa- they don’t serve any sambhar but have two types of chutneys! Loved the white one made with coconut
The dosa and the uttapum was yummm and filling... The order was brought out fast too!
Surely visiting again to try new stuffs!
Delicious street food in South Bombay! Because it is usually busy it does take a bit of time for the food to come out but no doubt the wait is worth it. My favourite ‘street food’ for when I am in Mumbai. I usually go with a group of friends and we order all types of dosas so we get a variety to eat. Hopefully soon enough they will expand and have a seating area but regardless would still keep coming back since it’s just that good!
