This is one of the oldest joints serving kebabs and chinese in Borivali West IC colony, they have quite a variety of kebabs from chicken, mutton, buff and quite good chinese as well. Not too heavy on the pocket, however the taste has changed quite a lots over the years but nevertheless one could definitely relish the piping hot seekh or boti kebabs from here. They even deliver nearby with no minimum quantity.

Ustads: This place is located at holy Cross road extn touching Link road. It's an open air restaurant with 7 tables and seating capacity of 30 people. This place servers veg as well as non veg dishes. One should try tandoor items like sheek, keeri, boti, chicken tandoori, different types of chicken tikka a best severed in tandoor style. A wide range of Chinese dishes are also severe like all other open air restaurants. Usually this place is not crowed. It's on the main road hence would be difficult for four to find a parking. However they also serve you in the car on the road. Overall it's a good place for small group party and very economical for individual or groups.

This guy has been serving kebabs for easily over a decade & it is remained as delicious as I can remember from the initial days. The highlight is the mint chutney that is served with the kebabs. It leaves just right amount of minty taste in the mouth & the spicy tangy flavour is unforgettable. This place is an outdoor cart vendor & the seating is four plastic chairs around a plastic table. So the place is not just a no frills eatery, it's a non-comfortable eating place.

I been visiting this place since my childhood one of the Best place to get Sikh kabab boti kabab tandoori Nanetc They also serve Chinese now. The great news is they are upto the mark in terms of taste and hygiene. It's a open place restaurant were you can sit with your friends and family and enjoy the Tatsy food. Around 7 to 10 tables and they do serve in car as well. Finding a parking would be a bit difficult yet you can get it. The rates are also quite reasonable

Ustad's kebabs is a small stall. The boti kebabs and seekh kebabs are lip-smacking. They were hot and served with a nice green chutney. Each plate costs 80 bucks. Overall, I would sum this place up as a great joint to grab a quick bite from if you have a kebab craving. Great flavours.

First impression, it's a very small open area outlet. But if you are Chicken and beef lover, this is exactly place for you. Must try their Beef Seekh and Boti kebab. They are just yumm. Ordered in for seekhs and they were really bad. Had a really bad odour to them which indicated the meat used was not fresh at all. Calls to them later for returning the food were not picked up by them. Order at your own risk.

I've been eating sheekh kebabs from here for at least 10 years now and I will most definitely recommend it. Believe me when I say they have the best schezwan sauce in the world. Okaay. Maybe not the world. But definitely the best I've had in the longest time. Have sheekh with chutney and schezwan and lemon, and don't forget to come back here and thank me 😌 Also reasonable is not the word I'd use to describe the cost effectiveness. Bahut hi sasta 🕺

I've been a regular customer of Ustads for more than a decade.They have a fabulous kebabs and Chinese dishes. If you are looking for an ambiance, there is nothing as such. It's a small stall and a couple of table arranged. You will find a mix crowd family and non family. Service is quick and friendly. The tandoor, kaleji and bheja is amazing. Apart from that the chicken: Schezwan rice, triple Schezwan rice, Singapore rice are delicious. The manchurian gravy is better than the Schezwan gravy.

The shittiest restaurant I have been to. Heard a lot about the kebabs here from friends, and I thought, this place needs a visit. Ordered mutton and beef seekh kebabs. The mutton kebabs were saltier than the salt itself. When asked to change it, the response was that that is that's how it has been for the entire day and no one has complained, then why are you complaining. The owners did not taste it when asked them to taste it. They were like even if we change this it's gonna be the same, shit when you get the other kebabs. Eventually we had to pay for the saltiest kebabs I ever I had in my life. Not worth what you hear from people about this place. The shittiest place in Borivali. Would give a negative rating if that was possible.

The veg options are also good and I've heard the non veg kebabs are awesome (not tasted personally since I'm a veggie). Good laari-wala chinese options. They don't deliver just 1 item so a few less points. I've always ordered home so can't comment on ambience.

Ustad's is one of the oldest roadside kebab corner and Chinese food joint in borivli extension ic colony.. Ambiance and space may not be a strong point of this place but food is.. This place is well known for its kebabs and Chinese.. Have tried chicken kebab, chicken crispy, chicken schezwan rice and chicken Singapore noodles.. All were very good and tasty.. This is undoubtedly the best and oldest kebab corner in borivali.. iv been having kebabs, kaleji and boti from ustad since I was a small boy and it's been almost about 20 years now and the taste is still the same. The Chinese is almost the same everywhere so really can't say about that.. But yes the quantity is really good.

The sheekhs and Khiri grilled are just amazing they melt into your mouth. I had ustaad also cater to a party of 40 people a decade back and all my friends just went gaga on his food.

Absolutely LOVE this place. Been here a gazillion times. And It has never disappointed. The food here is so comforting, this place is like my second home. Definitely try the CHICKEN TANDOORI WHITE, it's absolutely heavenly. I've had tandoori at so many places, Never thought this would be the best one. If there was just one dish I had to recommend, It'd be this one. It's so succulent. Most of the chinese items on the menu are pretty good. CHICKEN FRIED RICE is perfect. MUTTON SEEKH KEBAB, CHICKEN TIKKA and SPL. CHICKEN TIKKA are pretty good too. Give the POTA and KALEJI a miss (given I like almost all dishes prepared here, I'm ready to admit that the fault might lie in me, pota and liver never really grew on me) You'd think, after coming here so many times I'd have fallen sick at least once. But no. I'm just gonna keep coming back for more :D

This place turned out to be a saver for my gang as we were searching for food at around 12 midnight. Owner was very friendly and a very nice person. He even made a dish out of the menu for us as we wanted that dish. We ordered lot of dishes; few starters, noodles and rice both and everything ordered was very delicious. Best part about this place is that it is very light on budget so you can have full meal without burning a whole in your packet. I will surely recommend this place to others especially if you are low on budget and have craving for delicious non veg food.

this is a super place , particularly in few winters days of bombay ,,,,, but kebabs rolled only by ustad .... as he has the art to roll the meat well , on the iron kabab rods .... tastes well on the lines of famous south bombay roady / thella eatery like BACCHU BHAI KI WADI ,,,, or DO TAAKI ... oR the JOGESHWARI behram baug kababs .....well done USTAD .... u figure there .... but do not hike the prices !!!! last i saw ... u are charging 50 + for a plate of kebebs !!!!
