There was great menu and the triple Schezwan rice was better and there was too hygine and promt services
This place has been there for ages. It is not expensive. One must try the kebabs and the tandooris from here. It was recommended by one of my frnds and hence were here. We should be coming back here soon !

Sasta Sundar Tikao is an understatement ! .. Great kebabs and one doesnt have to be hungry to get a bite of these ! Lovely street taste and this place is here since years and locals LOVE it ! Fareed Seekh is not the only place with kebabs guys ! TRY this
Ustad's kebabs is a small stall. The boti kebabs and seekh kebabs are lip-smacking. They were hot and served with a nice green chutney. Each plate costs 80 bucks. Overall, I would sum this place up as a great joint to grab a quick bite from if you have a kebab craving. Great flavours.
First impression, it's a very small open area outlet.
But if you are Chicken and beef lover, this is exactly place for you.
Must try their Beef Seekh and Boti kebab. They are just yumm. Also few chicken dishes are nice and mouth watering.
Overall nice place to visit with friends.

I've been eating sheekh kebabs from here for at least 10 years now and I will most definitely recommend it. Believe me when I say they have the best schezwan sauce in the world. Okaay. Maybe not the world. But definitely the best I've had in the longest time. Have sheekh with chutney and schezwan and lemon, and don't forget to come back here and thank me 😌

Guys if u are lover of sheikh kabab and tandoori & u are in Dahisar plz don’t forget to visit USTAD. One of its kind. Fresh and delicious food. No 1 can eat just one.
This is one of the oldest joints serving kebabs and chinese in Borivali West IC colony, they have quite a variety of kebabs from chicken, mutton, buff and quite good chinese as well. Not too heavy on the pocket, however the taste has changed quite a lots over the years but nevertheless one could definitely relish the piping hot seekh or boti kebabs from here.
They even deliver nearby with no minimum quantity.
Ustads: This place is located at holy Cross road extn touching Link road. It's an open air restaurant with 7 tables and seating capacity of 30 people. This place servers veg as well as non veg dishes. One should try tandoor items like sheek, keeri, boti, chicken tandoori, different types of chicken tikka a best severed in tandoor style. A wide range of Chinese dishes are also severe like all other open air restaurants. Usually this place is not crowed. It's on the main road hence would be difficult for four to find a parking. However they also serve you in the car on the road. Overall it's a good place for small group party and very economical for individual or groups.
Contrary to it's name, they serve v good kebabs. I've first been here over 18-20 yrs ago when it as kind of a road side stall. My wife and I enjoy every time we here.
Amazing food. Taste everything... It's authentic street food Chinese and tandoor... It's one of the rare places to serve mutton and beef seekhs. Been visiting this place nearly a decade... Hope it always stays the same.

Was good food. Being out of mumbai for a long time, I had missed the kebabs, boti, Kiri and other goodies mumbai has to offer. So we ordered , it was delivered piping hot and was yummy to the core.
Ustad has great kebab and botis for this side of the city. Fresh and succulent and cheap with nice naans or pav.
Decent place for the price.. they serve amazing seekh kabab..
