"POCKET FRIENDLY" yet very good tasting food.
malabar parotta and chicken and fish gravy dishes are very good...also fish thali is nice..
very crowded place due to very low prices and good food.
Decent crowd on Saturdays and good food.. value for money place. A little slow on ordering veg but great food. Space is a constraints here..
Value for money.
Curry has nearly same taste in all dishes.
Prompt serving.
The dishes that I have tried are good to taste.
Generally overcrowded in evening.
Whenever I go that side of town I always make sure to visit this place. Its located in the small by lanes of Mumbai's commercial hub which is packed with customers at any point of time. My favourite dish there is mutton sukka along with parotas and also fish chilli which I had tried for the first time there and to end the perfect meal caramel custard makes it the best.
During my shortest stay in Mumbai I've tried this restaurant. Being a Bengali, fish has a soft corner in my heart nd stomach..I've tried rice, fish curry, daal and matka rabri. Tastewise ok. Pocket friendly and crowded restaurant. Foods hv a south indian touch which makes it different from the expectation. So a must try restaurant for the inner self.
Reasonable rates and good food and a variety of dishes only one negative point is that the sitting area is so small but it doesn't matter when ur busy eating good food
Heard a lot abt this place.
Great reviews.really looking forward to visit this place
But Pls register with swiggy so ppl staying far can order too .
If you are looking for simple Mangalore coastal fish food, this is the place. It's a small joint near Ballard estate serving up some delicious spicy fish with meals starting from Rs 80 for a fish thali. The restaurant is tiny and it can get crowded as the concept here is to share your table. When we visited , there was a bit of waiting and even when we were leaving , the line had got much longer.
Small hole in a wall outlet, but dishes out really good manglorian food. Very reasonable on pockets as you could have meal without burning hole in your pockets. Sukha chicken and malabar paratha is must try. Their thalis are good too. Fish thali less than than 150/- and that too has a fried surmai or pomfret. Always overcrowded but good place to get parcel. And if you go alone be ready to share table with others.
A hardly known, hardly seen, tucked out of the way, rarely discussed ( in higher circles) eating place in the heart of Fort, Colaba ( there are a few such jewels especially in Mumbai & particularly in Colaba), that's Manglore Naaz.
Expertly cooked, professionally served tasty sea food such as Prawns Curry Masala, Prawns Pulao, Surmai & Bangda alongwith their signature Chicken Sukka, Chicken Biryani & Dal Gosht.
Wouldn't give them a 5/5 for hygiene but neither would I take it away from them as their packing, handling & service is clean 3.5/5
So, for the aam aadmi ( which comprise a greater majority, albeit without much representation here maybe), this is a gem of an eating place with very affordable & extremely tasty food. Go for it!
A very busy eatery serving really good selection of non veg dishes. Quite popular with office goers during Lunch hours. Seating capacity is quite limited. Very reasonably priced too.
So the place is at Cst Backroad side. The ambience is quite good but the seating arrangement is not at all good as it congested to sit. I like the Chinese food all the time that is lollipop, fried rice & some gravy type of type. It is very affordable in price and quantity is very good too. Their rice qaulity in biryani and simple rice is not at good and different than Chinese rice. So not recommended plain rice or biryani at all.
Price : 4/5
Quality: 3/5
Service: 3/5
Food:3/5
Ambience:3/5
Seating arrangement: 2/5
I usually come here for dinner or may be lunch. This place is always worth going. No matter they have a small area of sitting arrangement and also no premium. But their food quality and qantity is superb . Their food price is so nominal that anybody can afford. You can see all type of people are enjoying their meal here. I never mind to whom i am sitting i believe in good and hygenic food and when it come to economical..i am always in.. dear friend i wud preffer everyone for this rastaurant. You may not feel comfortable if you accompanied by kids or female ..but i dont feel any such thing here in mumbai..come and enjoy the food.
Keep travelling
Keep living
It's a small clean shop..with awesome food at economical rates
Little kerala restaurant with resonable prices. Clean, hygienic and homely food. The place is small and crowded.
It's nice , I love the sea food items and specially i love the chicken polaw 🤤🤤 it's all time favourite
Value for money.
