Biryani is superb here. But quantity is little bit less. Other than that best place near Grant Road to have south Indian dishes and sea food.
An absolutely authentic, economical and delicious place to visit for sea food delicacies. The Bangda with Rice here was absolutely fantastic and definitely worth trying. Even the Pomphret chilly was amazing.
Amazing Sea food joint at very reasonable rates.

Best place to have sea food in Mumbai in reasonable rate. Place is small with limited sitting but service is superfast and food is delicious. Must try Crab Masala and Surmai thali. Vegetarian option is also available. Dosa is also available
One of my fav restaurants to go for sea food. Fresh hot Neer dosa is to die for. They have a different style of curries here, but they are amazing. Fried fish is equally good. Fried bombil, surmai, prawns are a delight.
Only shortcoming is that they don’t accept cards...
It is one of the best place to have non vegetarian food and especially sea food. Service is very fast and staff has a very friendly behaviour. Loved the ambience.
What a restaurant yaa seriously everything about it is good.. Tandoori chicken is supper tasty.. and their sukkha chicken.. mutton.. full menu was superb fish is fresh and superb yess... Solkadi.. damn tasty.. fully stuffed..

This place is really good for a sumptuous lunch or dinner. They have a limited menu , but simple yet delicious food. Their chicken tikka dry is lip-smackingly delicious!
I also had the surmai thali with neer dosa, which was quite filling. One good thing is, you don't feel too bloated after eating here😅 Sol-kadhi is amazing. That's the only fresh drink you get here. Other than that you have soft drinks.
Do try their prawns dishes. The prawns 65 was too good. It has a limited seating space, but is comfortable. You may find it difficult to get parking near the restaurant. Staff is very helpful and quick. Great place !
A small restaurant located in Grant Road. It's interior is simple & compact. There is a staircase that leads to the AC Hall. Had ordered a Thali that consisted of various vegetable items, Puris, Papad, rice, pickle etc. It tasted really delicious. The quantity was good. The service was good. The ambience was good. The prices were reasonable. Overall, a good place for seafood & South Indian cuisine.

There is good options for Non veg thali's. Apart from thali's they have Biryani, non veg dishes, rich items and rotis.
They have limited seating space at top having privacy if group of 8-10 members are there. Downside seating space is good. Service is very quick. Taste wise food is very tasty.
Staff is also very nice.
Overall my experience was very good.
We had the fish thali and an aloo dish with loads of roti. The place was busy, food was delicious for the price, the service was quick and the other guests were so friendly! We love eating in places with local people, if you enjoy that, then you will love this!
Great manglorian food joint serving amazing fish mutton and chicken items of great quality and reasonably priced. Be careful whilst parking as the road is congested. Not a very large place but they have done the best with the space they have. Have had the bombil fry, surmai fry, prawn fry, pomfret fry and madeli fry all were fresh and tasty. They also serve great veg and non veg Chinese and tandoori items. A must visit if you are in the area.

Great Magarlorian food place. Small but they have made the best use of the space avaliable. Its clean and all covid protocols being followed. Have been coming here for almost the last 20 years for their seafood, tandoori, mutton and chinese food. There are relatively inexpensive with descent sized portions and real value for money. Some of their signature dishes are their surmai, bangda, pomfret, prawn and mutton Thali. Also serve great chicken tandoori and veg and non veg Chinese dishes such as fried rice noodles and soup. Also have an option of tandoori roti, chapati or neer dosa. Great place to visit with family if you are in the area is walking distance from grant road station and also near the best stop for Minerva cinema.

It's a small hotel with some 7-8 tables in small space. But their food is super tasty. It's a good place for nonveg food at reasonable price. They serve fish at affordable price n It's really fresh. They have thali options too. They are specialized in typical manglorean cuisine too which includes kori roti, chicken sukka in coconut based gravy.
Please do not judge the this restaurant by its look. Most of the Comments suggests it serves malvani but the restaurant serves a different cuisine like...and please judge this place only after you have tried the seafood here...
The food is great, And pocket friendly (that's what a local Lunch Home suppose to be)....

Really great food, great attentive staff and clean. The food is cheap and tasty, the nan is superb and comes with black sesome seeds on it. Went back 3 times while in Mumbai and was never disappointed. Highly recommend you give it a try.
