So 63 By-Lane, the first outlet was in Kandivali east and the name was made up as the kandivali outlet’s shop number was 63!! So they came up with a new outlet in Borivali which is located opposite to Veer Savarkar Udyan and is just around 8-10 mins from Borivali Railway Station. The Borivali outlet is a Pasta Delicatessen meaning the outlet is prioritized on serving pasta. As this outlet doest serves pizzas whereas the other two outlets do serve it. Rest the menu is same throughout the chain. 63ByLane is all vegetarian, focused on high on healthy dishes. Vegan, Jain and Gluten Free options are available, hence its customer flexibility is great. More over the ambience is monochromatic with some pictures of the dishes, menu and some quotes. The outlet size is small with a few seatings available. And the chain being self serving is i think is better. The staff when we visited was just a couple of guys one managing the customers and other preparing the food live in front of the customers which was great! Mr. Saurabh who interacted with us was a really polite and humble guy! For the food we sure did ordered quite a few dishes as we were craving for some great Italian food! So first of all we tried their Bruschettas which were pretty decent. We ordered Creamy Mushroom Toasted Garlic Bread and Fresh and Sundried Tomato Bruschetta with a portion size of 4 per serving. Everything here is homemade from the bread to the sauces and dips. A major plus point befitting the health. And Avocado Feta Salad comes next which was great and healthy consisting of Avocado, Bellpeppers, Iceberg Lettuce, Arugula, Sundried Tomatoes, Feta Cheese, Sunflower and Chia seeds. It was topped with lemon vinaigrette. And finally we ordered ourselves 4 different pasta which were - Gluten free Pasta with Aglio Olio Handmade, Multigrain Spinach Fettuccine with Creamy Mushroom Sauce, Pomodoro Basil Ravioli, Pink Sauce Herb Gnocchis. So in these each and every dish was great and i would highly recommend Spinach Fettuccine, Ravioli and Gnocchis. As the Spinach Fettuccine was handmade right there and it was still wayyyy better than the pastas i have eaten so far! The creamy mushroom sauce was exceptional too. For the Ravioli the texture was smooth. It was filled with basil,minced cottage cheese and garlic, and the Ravioli was perfectly cooked till Al Dante. The gnocchis basically a potato based pasta balls were amazing in its way served in a bowl of pink sauce which was indeed delicious. For the end we ordered a couple of desserts which were Chocolate Mousse and No Baked Vanilla Cheesecake. The portion size of the dessert is small, though these classic desserts were great as well! And I’m now so eager to visit the goregaon outlet as soon as possible! Great work team 63!

They have sort of an open kitchen, which particularly helps aromas to spread through the entire outlet and it makes you even more hungry.
