Just to update passbook I had to wait for 20 minutes as the machine was not reading my barcode then I updated my barcode n tried in another machine. but instead of 1 page the machine printed 6 pages from Dec till date

Though everything is highly procedural in the branch and the queues are long, it would be amiss not to make a mention about the help and support extended by Pranjali madam, who ever so patiently helped us out with all the formalities for Account opening and issuance of debit card..even going out of her way to help out..There were several customers around her, all asking different types of questions, and it amazing how she managed to help everyone out without losing her cool and with extreme patience.. Hats off to bank reps like her.!
