Very good joint for non veg lovers especially those who prefer the flavour of south Maharashtra (Kokan belt) kitchen
Being vegetarian had kothimbir vadi, pakora and rice plate.
Some mismanagement as regards service. One colleague dahi rice with tadka. Bland dahi rice was served and without accompaniment of Papad, Pickle. In the rice plate it mentioned sol kadi(an appetiser drink) but weβre served butter milk
The sea food was fresh & yummmmyyy. We had a lot of varieties. Was so tempting that couldnβt take pictures. Would def go back!

Specially of this restaurant is kokni food and I like kokni food πfirst I ordered starters and then thallis, its so good and taste was amazing. I wish to visit once again of this place
One thing i must share that i had tried variety of food in lots of restaurants but after every meal v use to get burp all day long. With kokan Swaad my experience was just amazing the food was so tasty n fresh and very hygienic too
A small but nice place with seating of 40. Food taste is good. But a bit slow service. I ordered Kombadi Wade which was delivered after some time. But all in all good experience. Keep it up Chalke!
If you're looking for good malwani cuisine in and around Powai area this is the perfect place. It's a very small restaurant serving authentic Konkan quisine from the goa-maharashtra border side. This restaurant is preferred for non-vegetarians because there is a constant smell of sea-food with may be bothering. They have some excellent food thali combos ranges of sea-food from squids, clamps, crabs, shrimps and fishes.
We tried the surmai fish masala which had little shredded fishes of fish in a curry based masala. Good to pair it with plane rice and curd. We also tried rawa coated crispy shrimps with pudina chutney.
Although this place is located in a deserted place, it's always a good option to give it a try. Billed *787* for 2.

Konkan swad reminds me of my native place they serveing are also well mannered and the place was always clean and well maintained .The dinner were amazing, a wonderful selection, and again, the young staff were very efficient and helpful in making the dinner times fun and enjoyable.
The quantity and the quality of all dishes were really good must must try this place
Awesomesauce is the word for this place just love it . Thali,s are the most famous dishes of theirs

This place will give you authenticate Malavani Food both veg and non veg. Being malvani I went to this place 4-5 times. I hv tried special chicken thali in which u will get chicken lolipop, chicken biryani along with must try malvani vade and sagoti. Veg thali is also gives you more than expectations as it contains Aluwadi along with Usal bhakari, Dudhi Halwa, dal rice, achar n papad. If u don't want to try thali and looking for malvani food then Must try chicken suka n malvani chicken. Taste is 5/5. Ambience is also good. Staff is friendly.
I tried the mutton biryani at Konkan Swaad, and it was amazing! The Maharashtrian food there is authentic and delicious. The service was excellent, and all the waiters were really good.
The place has a nice and premium feel to it, making the overall experience great. I plan to go there again, and next time, I want to try the fish thali.

We had spl fish thali...surmai fish was so good and fresh π. Must try their fish thali. We also ordered prawn green tawa fry..also a must have dish.
Also , try stuffed bombil fry..worth the money.

Konkan Sawad Hotel is good. We went there to have a birthday party. Ten of them ordered both veg and non-veg items. The hotel service is good. Hotel Bhandup is on the ground floor of Neptune Mall. The taste of the meal is reminiscent of Konkan. The food was delicious.
We ordered chicken thali and spl Fish thali. It was awesome and had a pure authentic taste, every dish has a unique flavour. Quick service and friendly staff. You may have to wait for sometime to get a table π but at the end you won't mind about it.

Good food and generous serving .. They also have Chinese dishes along with the konkan dishes so we went for chicken crispy for starters which didn't disappoint at all hot and crispy would not recommend for delivery though as it might soggy due to the vapour. Tried the Surmai and Prawns Thali's, the fish they used was fresh and rassa's were not to spicy and good taste though would recommend having Chapppati or Bhakari as the Wade were not up to the mark.. Also had Prawns biryani which was really nice and the freshness of the prawns made it the hero of the day for us and will make me go there again.. Overall a decent experience
Good place for authentic Konkani food. Their special chicken soup was just above awesome, a must try. Then we ordered prawns koliwada and fish Tikka they were too lip smacking. We tried fish thali , spl chicken thali and prawns biryani. Spl chicken thali stood the winner , loved it followed by prawns biryani, it won't disappoint you at all. Fish thali was also good somewhere I felt it was over priced, promfret thali I ordered the fish was very small in size , and small promfret are not good at taste. However I would recommend you to visit this place.
Well to be very honest I loved this place
Firstly such a wonderful place is situated in a stupid mall.
It is one of the very few places in this area which serves good, amazing, tasty food.
All the dishes are cooked with perfection. And every one visiting the place had a smile on there face.
For that matter I liked the nature and mannerisms of staff particularly good.
Food was amazing I ordered special chicken thali it was superb.
The gravy was of three different type, Britain was amazing as well.
Highly recommend for all. And specially if you wish to taste kokan swad.
