Decent but not out of the world. Then again, you cant really expect champagne and caviar right? For what it commits on, I think the food is good from a health and nutrition stand point! Keep it going. Please innovate a bit more that’s all!
Very few restaurants in Chembur that serve Healthy food and even fewer that serve actual healthy food. Really happy with my order. Good protein content and less fat in my food made it a really good balanced low calorie meal

In a nutshell, Protein Rush is new in the game and is surely going to impress you with time!
While the food was deli, the place could try and be a little less noisy. We had the Japanese Salad, Roman Salad and the pizza, all of which was cooked well.
The pizza was great & healthy along with a multi grain crust. The salad as well delicious. All in all, the food here was appetising and the staff is quite friendly too. Planning to have my next birthday party here
