A hidden bar and restaurant on opposite of matunga road station the place is quiet dark occupied with people of near by locality food quality is exceptionally great service is also friendly and amibence is decent if you are try for ac section I would recommend to try chicken Tikka masala

I love Quarter system joint. Reminds me of the old days when we would be short on cash all the time but still wanted to drink. Didn’t have a car so that choice wasn’t there, and parents at home so no chance there also. These places would be the hot favourite with cheap daru and food alike.
Vikas is located in Matunga West just below the bridge. Busy place for sure with a Ac section where the 8 of us oldies chose to sit. Amazing service which is the main point of such places. We had lots of things from Prawns koliwada, tandoori chicken. Pomfret Tandoori, Chicken in black bean sauce etc etc. Stuffed ourselves with the starters and in the end had dal khichdi for dinner which was super yum too. The staff was friendly, cost reasonable and ambience average. All in all a great experience after a very long time.

We called for delivery very late.. we called for 2 plates of chicken schezwan fried rice, 2 plates of eggs chezwan fried rice and 1 veg schezwan fried rice at 11.30 they delivered it by 12.15

Humble and homely service by old staff with an excellent coming home environment. Small joint with a good food. Price on the menu for drink and food is equally affordable. Overall nice small joint within budget without any fancy ambience.
