Review Dhadoom - Mumbai

Carter Road is amongst any food lover’s favourite spot. The availability of all kinds of food coupled with an amazing view of the sea is a perfect evening for almost anyone. Dhadoom has now opened one store on Carter Road. There are a variety of fries, burgers, sandwiches shakes as well as other beverages. Majority of the recipes are curated by famous chef Harpal Sokhi himself thus having a special touch to them. The outlet has a basement seating arrangement which can accommodate a large group of people easily. Therefore do not be deceived by the size of the store from the outside. I happened to try out the following dishes on my recent visit to the Dhadoom outlet on Carter Road: 1. Cheese Loaded Nachos: The quantity of the nachos served was generous and the taste was delectable too. The cheese sauces used complemented the dish very well. The nachos are made in-house and also have a premium flavour, texture and crispiness to them. 2. Har-Pal Butter Chicken: Butter chicken is one of those North Indian dishes that I am really proud of. It complements any and every dish so well. Recently I had tried butter chicken paranthas and butter chicken sliders, its such a phenomenal dish on its own. This belief has now strengthened after trying out the butter chicken fries at Dhadoom. The gravy is neither too sweet nor too spicy, its balanced. The chicken is also quite soft and complements the fries well. 3. Spicy Chicken Tikka Burger: The spicy chicken tikka burger was another dish that surprised me. First of all, seeing the pink bun itself made the burger look refreshing and unique from all the other burgers that I have ever tried. I was then told by the staff that the pink colour is derived naturally through the presence of beetroot while production of the bun. Coming to the taste, it was scrumptious till the last bite. The chicken was soft and tender. 4. Chocolate Fries: This was an extra ordinary dish. While placing an order for this, I was concerned and curious how in any dimension would fries be paired with chocolate? After the first bite of it, I could really feel how wrong my expectations were. To describe the taste, imagine fries being mixed with oozing quantities of Hershey’s chocolate syrup in a bowl. Now add more chocolate syrup to the previous mixture. Sprinkle it with colourful (edible) beads and you have one of the most unique dishes. I really liked it but I would not recommend to have this dish on your own as the quantity of sugar would be too much. Its the dish to be had amongst your group of friends/family. 5. Sandwiches: I tasted Schezwan Saga Sandwich as well as Nutella Cheese sandwich. The Schezwan sandwich looked delightful and colourful however it lacked a solid taste. The Nutella cheese sandwich had a homemade taste to it and was overall a comforting kind of dish. I didn’t prefer the sandwiches as much as I liked/enjoyed the fries, burger and the nachos. Overall, Dhadoom is a great outlet to visit with your group of friends. The variety and the taste of the dishes will have you coming here for a long time. The dishes have colour, flavour and a unique taste to themselves and it’s quite different from what other restaurants of the same category have to offer in their menu. I would visit here again soon.

There are some things that don't change much. I find the smell of a dish, or the way a certain spice is crushed, or just a quick look at the way something has been put on a plate, can pull me back to another place and time. Exploring new place is Always good part . Nowadays there are lot of good places to Visit . The basic Aim is Customer Satisfaction. Every Restaurant have their own unique Feature . DHADOOM newly Open located at Bandra Carter Road . This outlet is at Bandra West Carter Road . It is 20 minutes from the Bandra station . You can take Bus or share auto also . The Ambience is Fancy , With Disco lights and good quotes on the wall. It is also good place to take Selfie . Service is up to the mark , as there is Proper Coordination between the Staff . Compare to others this place is quite small , but they have basement as well . They have unique and attractive pictures on the wall . WHAT I HAD 1)PAN SHAKE - Must have . This is one of the unique shake I had . Pure Pan taste and good presentation this milkshake attractive. It has cups of milk and 4 pann leaves . 2)CHOWPATTY BURGER - Dhadoom ‘s Every Dish has unique name . This burger has chowpatty, The Indian tadka taste on burger . It has Corn , tomato , Sweet sauce and Cauliflower ,The patty was good . 3)THE FARM HOUSE PIZZA - Cheese stuff pizza with Delicious taste . It has onion , capsicum , tomato , Sweet corn , and cheese . 4)HAR-TAL BUTTER CHICKEN - The Speciality of dhadoom ! French fries with Butter chicken . It Also has Mayonnaise sauce , chipotle sauce . The chicken was delicious and the quantity is huge . 5)PANEER MAKHNI PASTA - Red sauce pasta with paneer . It has red pepper powder , green bell pepper , onions and Paneer . The quantity is sufficient. 6)OREO PAKODA - Must Recommend. This is one of unique dessert I had . The taste is delicious as it looks . There will be 3 pieces with Vanilla ice cream . It has baking powder , Oreo Biscuit crunch inside , sugar , Chocolate sauce , . You will find This kind of dessert only at Dhadoom . Over all experience is good . They have good variety of dishes , and food and staff were good . So if you looking for good place to explore , then this place is perfect . They have unique Variety . Hello Foodies. Quirky place, colours scattered on the walls, lively place, peppy ambience, shine and dazzling lights describes this newly opened outlet of Dhadoom in Carter road. The environment is super fun and lively with good music. Impressive seating arrangement with a basement too and courteous staff. Dhadoom's menu is all about international street food with indian twist with a lot of varieties. Overall, Dhadoom is a fun place with so much variety to offer in such a reasonable price and icing on the cake is, it is instagramable where one can take never ending selfies. Dhadoom, which has quite a few outlets across the city & recently opened its new outlet on Carter Road. Being a housewife and a die hard follower of Harpal Sokhiji, i wanted to try this outlet as it is very close to my house. The interiors are very beautifully done with grafitti walls, nice pictures & cute wall quotes. Bright colours used to paint the wall instantly make the place look so quirky lively. It has seating on the basement as well the top floor. Staff is very friendly & smiling. Mr.Sanjay who was our host was a very jolly fellow and made us feel extremely comfortable. The menu has so many irresistible dishes, some of which we tried were:- • Har-Pal Butter Chicken fries, these were just too delectable, something unique and tiny pcs of chicken in tangy tomato sauce made it very difficult to stop eating them any further , A Must Try if you are a Non-Ver. • Spicy Chicken Tikka Burger - This burger had a freshly made juicy & tender chicken pattice topped up with freshly cut onions and tomatoes and freshly made sauce, served with some fries..... Beetroot flour was used to make the burger bun, this was totally healthy and did not feel heavy on stomach. * Oreo Pakoda - this is Dhadoom's signature dish & one need to try this! The menu is updated regularly according to the demand & suggestions of the diners! Perfect place to hangover with friends or family. totally loved this place and shall be visiting quite often to try some more irresistible and tempting items on the menu.

Nice place with lovely staff. They serve veg, chicken, pork, lamb burgers. Do check the basement session. It's beautiful especially for Instagram lovers. Debit/credit cards are accepted here It can accommodate 25-30 people max at a time with 5-6 tables. Group size of more than 6 should used the basement.

This is the second time I visited Dhadoom.The new outlet is at very well known place Carter Road.So Today there was a offer they bring a new menu in just 9 rs.The ambience is also good & have fancy disco lights. I tried Chowpatty Chatpatta and Oreo Pakoda. Guys if you are craving for dessert then I recommend you to try this Oreo pakoda.

Dhadoom💯<br/>An amazing startup by chef harpal which serves us with the amazing creations and different from others menu with nice flavours and colours which tempts us to eat it.<br/>This outlet is a bit small and has less seating space and you would have to wait for a seat in rush hours.<br/>Located at Carter road means a lot rush in the evening.<br/>It is mainly famous for its fries and sandwiches.<br/>The service is prompt and the ambience is good with quotes written and an amazing colour scheme.<br/><br/>What I tasted<br/><br/>1. Paan shake : an amazing shake which you can only find up here with literally the paan taste.a must try.<br/><br/>2. Pop corn shake : ever thought of drinking popcorn,here it is with an amazing taste.<br/><br/>3. Bubblegum shake : also an amazing shake with bubbleg taste and too tasty.<br/><br/>4. Highly NOT recommended!<br/><br/>First the Matunga outlet and now this! I don't know if dhadoom will ever live up to basic expectation. I ordered 2 burgers this time around. Horrible to say the least! The patty was thin like a damn leaf and had barely any filling inside. It was like biting into an oil soaked flat puri which is cold. I honestly can't even describe how poor the experience was. I've already had a poor experience with the pasta and fries at their Matunga outlet. I was really expecting lip smacking burgers like their menu promises with options like Mexican nacho burger and Schezwan burger. The only difference in these two absolutely sub par burgers were the sauce they used. That's about it! It's shame how they have a very good rating on social media websites but their food is not up to the mark!<br/><br/>

Dhadoom!!<br/><br/>I was quite excited to get food delivered to me from this place as it was in my bookmark since few weeks..<br/><br/>To try out thier offerings I thought of giving a try to thier unique menu piri piri paneer burger and silky paneer makhani fries..<br/><br/>As the order arrived I was being bit more opttimist I feel or my expectations were quite high..<br/><br/>The piri piri paneer burger was ice cold it had piri piri paneer chunks onion and tomato ringsveg cold mayo and lettuce leaves combined in soft bread.. The burger bun was so soft that it could not take the stuffing well it started to break in every side that made the eating process messy and unpleasant<br/><br/>The silky paneer makhani fries was no different than potato fries topped with left over paneer chilly gravy. I would bet it was not at all paneer makhani but paneer chilly which I personally didn't like the paneer chunks was hard to chew and thier so called silky gravy was biggest disappointment<br/><br/>I expected a lot more from this place but ended up having a reality check😉👍

The brainchild of celebrity chef Harpal Sokhi, Dhadoom has opened an outlet at Carter Road, Bandra West few months back with a brand new menu that's as hip & happening as the décor inside as well as the crowd that walks in.<br/><br/>Loved the unique twist of Desi Beans Nachos giving a twist to the regular nachos dish. It's a mix of Beetroot & Charcoal nachos topped with mashed rajma (kidney beans) paste, cheese, mayonnaise, jalapenos & more.<br/><br/>There are not too many places in Mumbai that serve scrumptious lamb burgers. I got to try the Hot Lamb Patty Burger & was blown away by the look as well as the taste of it. Keeping the theme of the restaurant in mind, the burger buns are pink in colour. Yes, you read it right. PINK!! They use beetroot extracts to give it the funky colour. The lamb patty is juicy & the burger overall is lip-smacking good.<br/><br/>Poutine is a dish originated in Canada where you basically get a dish full of fries topped with gravy & cheese. Sounds yum, right? Dhadoom serves 15 varieties of Poutine. I went for the Chef's special ~ Har-Pal Butter Chicken. The combo of fries in a butter chicken gravy was something unique & interesting for us to experience.<br/><br/>Also loved the eye-popping Oreo Pakoda from their dessert selection. Frankly, it's one of the best desserts I've had & would highly recommend. It's basically Oreo cookies that are deep fried & served with vanilla icecream topped with rainbow sprinkles. Sinful, right? Can't think of a better way to end a meal.

Dhadoom is a loud and fun place to be. They have a punjabi touch to their ambience. They have unique combination of food with fusions. Service is quite good.<br/>Have been there twice. Coming to the food<br/>We order<br/>Mumbai Double decker grilled sandwich<br/>Chicken tikka makhani pizza<br/>Maggie masala shake shake fries<br/>Cheese and garlic saucy fries.

On Carter's Road there are very few outlets where you can find the food at descent price. I am not saying this place is cheap but compare to other places and varieties it's very good option.<br/>I like the ambience of the outlet very much. It's simply awesome. You should at least visit once to experience the ambience.<br/>They tried something new with the Burger Bun which comes in Red colour. You will taste little bit than usual bun. Also the size of the burger is also more than normal burger.<br/>Moreover I tried nachos and it was also quite good and toppings are in enough quantity. They give different colours of nachos like red , green not just in yellow colour.<br/>So to hang out with your buddies you should definitely try this after roaming around Crater's.<br/>

Ninoshka and I saw this place from far out because of the insanely loud branding. After much thought we decided to give it a try. <br/><br/>On entering you quickly understand hygiene and customer service don’t exist in this place. It’s very sad and I genuinely don’t like to write negative reviews for restaurants but this place and the Celebrity Chef Owner needs to be aware of the standards being practiced at his establishment.<br/><br/>We entered and weren’t even greeted with a smile by the staff. The menu has literally no description for any of the dishes and for the most part the names of the dishes are pretty self explanatory, but there are a few dishes where you have no idea what they contain and the staff even though they saw the confusion on our face couldn’t have cared less to offer suggestions.<br/><br/>After much thought we decided to order the Butter Chicken Poutine. The fries I personally liked but the butter chicken gravy didn’t taste even remotely like butter chicken. Also the chicken didn’t have any flavour, you could easily make out it was just boiled and tossed in the gravy. Had the gravy been good I wouldn’t mind but it wasn’t.<br/><br/>The holder in which the fires were served was dirty, it had dried up sauce and coriander on it (pictures below). The cutlery given to us to eat was a wooden fork which had the smallest of prongs. The Momos we had on the road bang opposite gave us literally the same cutlery so you can imagine.<br/><br/>The seating downstairs is much better than upstairs which was shocking but to be honest the service, hygiene and food wasn’t good so it’s up to you if you want to actually give this place a shot.

Nice, quaint little place on Carter Road junction to Union Park. Ordered a chicken tikka burger, chicken was succulent, juicy. Burger buns weren't toasted well, so a bit disappointed. Overall the burger was good, but nothing which blew me away. Decor was nice, great vibes. Would try some more items and then edit my rating accordingly.

It's a cute little place. Loved the paintings done on the walls inside. Quantity is less. They could improve on that a bit. Taste wise good. I ordered a pasta and cold coffee. They have a seating area outside and also inside in the basement.

@dhadoomindia serves the most unique variety of food. The chawpaty chatpata fries is one of the best that they have. They even serve astonishing Oreo pakodas. If you need something to drink their kalakhatta shake and paan shake is awesome. The interiors of the Carter outlet super interesting.

One of the new additions to the cities best fast food joints. This place has varities if delicious fusion food from which you can select. This particular outlet is located in Cater Road Bandra which is also a spot for many amazing fast food joints a few other good restaurants.<br/><br/>The food they serve is a combination of Indian food in the all the fast foods like sandwiches, burgers, fries etc. the place ha a a beautiful decor and suits well with that this place serves. This particular outlet was the one I likes because this also provides a variety in Chicken dishes which are not found in other outlets.<br/><br/>Butter Chicken Fries - the fries in this are mixed really well and a very juicy with butter chicken which is one of the favourite things that a non-vegetarian will like to have. Must try.<br/><br/>American BBQ Cheese - This one is a simple vegetarian cheese burger with Barbeque drizzled with the two buns and over the cheese patty. These cheese patty tastes really good with the Barbeque drizzle over it.<br/><br/>Paneer Makhni and Paneer Chilly Sandwich - These ones are those sandwiches with yellow and red cheese in it. This concept of adding red and yellow Mozarella cheese is quite exciting when you eat this. The cheese pulls you get from this is epic while the flavour of each are also delicious to taste. These things might look over rated but are really delicious<br/><br/>This is a great place overall and should be really visited once.<br/><br/>

No so ever taste to noodles, only spice? And crispy veg, felt like half burnt cauliflower being served? I mean come on , if you are working with a chef's name , atleast don't make the food like it has just boiled out of ready mix box<br/><br/>Lastly, when I about to pay a bill, a lady the throws in bag, seem like ingredients into Kitchen door , then her kids barge into kitchen? I mean come on, if you are charging so much , atleast have a well behaved staff !<br/><br/>I will definitely not recommend this place<br/><br/>

Dhadoom tried to make fusions but looks like it didnt really worked well. As compared to the competitors on field, dhadoom fails to leave a mark. Tried marathi thessa fries and it was full of green chutney, tried cheese and garlic fries which had big garlic pieces as troppings, oreo pakoda is a real disaster. Pizza seems too dry. Pan shake was also not good. <br/>The only good thing about dhadoom is its ambience. Staff is ruthless and doesn’t know how to serve its customers.

Dhadoom was on my bucket list since a very long time not only because it's by Chef Harpal but also because of the innovative flavours and poutines. So i didn't know what exactly poutines was but still ordered them because I was really excited.<br/>Basically they're fries with loads of amazing toppings which make them super delicious!<br/>I'm so glad I ordered them. The Quantity is LIT and the taste well the rating says it all!<br/>Ordered-<br/>Cheesy Garlic Poutine - Great Combo of Cheese Fries and Finely Chopped and Tossed Garlic. Really good.<br/>American Cheese Poutine - Cheese, Fries and a huge slice of stringy mozzarella, which had fries tossed in peri peri masala giving the fries an amazing taste.<br/>Lastly, Pizza Pasta Poutine - I've mixed feelings for this one, it had fries, cheese, pasta, olives, jalapeños as well as bell peppers with a flavourful sauce topped (I guess pizza or salsa sauce). It did taste good but not as expected! It indeed was the star of the show😊<br/><br/>They've other items lined up too, which I'm so excited to try!

Has a good balance of fries and pasta, an amazing sauce and veggies like capsicum and olives.<br/>2. American Cheese Trap Poutines - 4/5 Another amazing flavour. Love the little cheese balls incorporated in the dish. Its just a bit dry and has less sauce.<br/>3. Cheese Garlic Poutines - 5/5<br/>4. Lebanese Poutines - 4/5<br/>5. Silky Paneer Poutines - 4/5 A bit spicy for my taste.<br/><br/>Allover an amazing experience. Lost a star in my rating due to poor packaging of delivery food. It comes packed in a paper box which becomes loose and soggy dur to hot food.

Yet another tiny cool eatery got added to the khau galli of Carter road.... The interior of this place is very attractive and colorful.. The fries was tasty... We also had chicken tikka sandwich but for some strange reason it tasted like chicken chilly sandwich!!!! The staff is friendly and helpful.
