My dad who is 87 years old was admitted in the ICU as a very nervous first time patient. The staff were gentle and understanding extremely attentive to all his needs. Thank you and God Bless the Wockhardt team
I recently had an exceptional experience at Wockhardt Hospital, Mumbai Central, and wanted to share my thoughts. The ICU and patient care facilities are commendable, ensuring top-notch care and attention. ICU patients are kept well and comfortable, with all their needs met with ease. The doctors at Wockhardt are truly amazing, demonstrating expertise and professionalism that places them among the best in the field. However, the lack of proper facilities for attendants is a concern. It's mandatory for attendants to be present at night for ICU patients, and the current arrangements fall short. I suggest the hospital consider introducing sleeping pods or similar amenities for attendants, enhancing the overall experience for both patients and their families.
