I had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was located in an ideal location that made it extremely easy to access the city. It was well connected by all the modes of transportation which saved me a lot of time and effort. The reception was cordial and quick, attending to all my needs and requirements in a very detailed manner. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I could have asked for. I was even provided with a complimentary breakfast that was delicious. All in all, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.

Staying at the Hotel was like stepping into a world of luxury. They had all sorts of cool stuff like great food options and really nice things to do. But what made it awesome was how nice everyone was. The people who worked there were super friendly and made sure everything was perfect. This isn't a 5 star hotel, it is very nice and the people are lovely and accommodating, but it's lacking the finishing touches that make it truly great. The guest relations manager was very nice, when we brought issues to her, she listened and said she'll will raise them.
Issues like;
The shower head was broken on the first night - once reported it was fixed
The spa treatment room wasn't ready for us after being shown in, the therapist had to leave for some time before the treatments started
The pool area has no clear signage that the fountains didn't start till 12noon. Early communication when checking in would have helped.
Construction work being held behind the pool area, workers were looking on to my partner and I sunbathing, some tall trees would help to create privacy and reduce the noise from the road.
The dining areas can be confusing, some planters and up lighting would create a better atmosphere and immerse yourself into the restaurant.
Having raised these issues and a few more l, we felt this would reflect on the final price but wasn't, we paid 5 star prices and were underwhelmed by the experience.
It was a nice experience, and now I can say I stayed here.
Stepping into the was like entering a luxurious oasis. The lobby was bathed in warm light, with plush sofas inviting you to linger. The staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient, making check-in a breeze. Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated, with a balcony overlooking great view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a perfect night's sleep.
This is wonderful place to celebrate with your friends and family. It is at a perfect location, staff is well educated and understanding, food is awesome. Overall It is a must try place. Go and check it. Even service also they are providing outstanding and they are maintaining hygienic every where.
Homely atmosphere with very friendly staff. Food is also served on demand in a well mannered way. All staff members are helpful and trustworthy. I always choose this hotel whenever I come to here...
