Centrally located right in Kurla. It is a huge mall and is so beautifully decorated. The experience was amazing.
It was well managed: even on a Sunday the entry was quick. The navigation system inside the mall is decent although with few bugs that showed our location wrong making us go an entire trip circle around the mall. The restrooms were clean and hygienic. The decor and statues around the mall are scenic and deserve a special mention. These are even more beautiful on festive seasons.
Elevators were far away and isolated in a different place. This could be an issue for those with disabilities. There was no water dispenser in the entire mall! One of the escalators was broken.
I had to nitpick to write the above negatives which just shows how greatly managed the mall is honestly!

A very big mall. Good place for showing your photography skills and take home some amazing pics...Shopping here is good as the prices are nominal and discounts are also available. There are many good food stalls in the mall and what not...So, we get everything here.

The best mall to hangout with family and friends. It has the best restaurants and cafes. The mall also has Timezone on the 3rd floor,to enjoy some of the best arcade games at affordable prices. The amoeba sports bar has one of the best bowling alleys. Fun place to visit and have fun at affordable prices
It is always a happy experience to visit phoenix market City so many new things to do , lots of shopping we do, play games at timezone, happy planet , they come up with different themes like this time it was dinosaur theme which was wonderful , visited this place is a great experience for me and my family 👍
The mall is very big with many stores. The mall interiors are decorated so well and maintenance is also good. However, the parking lot and food lounge are heavily occupied on weekends.
Nice mall, Variety of foods are there but I think the mall is overrated. Elante mall Chandigarh is much better than this.
Great mall and quite big.....it's an experience and a must visit. Game zone is also there so that's a plus too.

Love this huge Mall, specially the intricate designs and their creative sculptures at different parts of the mall, soothing the eye. You can almost get all the brands here. Kids really enjoy here. Also there is Snow world on the ground floor to enjoy the snow. The Food court on the last floor is amazing, providing the entire floor with variety of dishes and cuisines. The mall gives the highest number of steps count 🤣
