Taste of food is good . Taste is authentic . Start from pickel lemon 🍋 pickle is very delicious . Green chutney taste also good it contains Pudina and aanardana powder . Side onion also coated with masala . Kulcha is heavy , they use white butter over it . Taste of main course also good. Vegetable and biryani taste is different from normal resturant.Paneer is tooo soft and fresh.
All masala are freshly grinded .Rabdi taste also good They provide home delivery also . In week days they offer thali also for lunch. Owner so helpful he talk with you like friend .
Very tasty food.not like other hotels ..it is freshly prepared. The owner says all masalas are made inhouse.Lassi and thandai are a must to order. Starters Cutney aachar all good. you get all types of rotis , parathaas here. Amust visist palce. The real taste of Punjab.
We just randomly found this place. Seen the reviews on Google, which were quite high. So, thought to take a try.
All the tasted dishes were quite good.
We will definitely revisit again to try the other ones. It's an all veg Punjabi restaurant.
On the first visit, you will find the place as small and not so frequented.
However, when we went inside, we found that owner( Punjabi Uncle) is handling every thing quite well. You will feel quite attached with his behaviour and his personal touch to handle the customers.
Their main USP is their homemade masala and authentic Punjabi taste. But for me the game changer was rotis, and nan. Absolutely at different level and personal intervention of uncle to customize the dishes as per your preference is a big add on.
Definitely a must recommend place to try. Please do try.
This place feels like you have gone to the owner's home. He treats you like family, explaining the nuances of the dishes that you have ordered. You need help with deciphering some of the dishes on the menu, yes sir, you've come to the right place. The food, made with masalas that are hand-pounded, is very unlike the Punjabi food served in other restaurants . You have to taste them to believe that such dishes are still being made. The paneer dishes, dals, rotis, the oh-so-smooth rabdi, all have their smoothness and rests on the palate easily. Served with his signature chutney, seasonal pickles and pickled onions, it makes dining at this restaurant surreal. You move out contented and yet, wanting more.

Visited for lunch on a working Wednesday. It is located in a lane off SV Road near Gokul Hotel. Parking is on the street which is a narrow lane and can pose a challenge during high traffic times.
It's a small place with around 28 covers. Furniture is basic and functional but neat and clean.
We started with Lemon Shikanji which was ok ok but I would have preferred it with a little more salt and bit less masala.
For mains, we got Paneer Methi Kulcha and Aloo Pyaz Kulcha. All Kucha is served with Chole and all Parantha with Dahi. Both Kulcha had an amazing taste and were very filling. Chole was outstanding and out of this world with freshly ground masala. It was very tasty but not at all spicy or oily.
For dessert we had the day's special; Punjabi Rabdi. This was the best Rabdi that I have tested yet and drastically different from the conventional one served usually at restaurants.
The owner is a jolly person with whom we had a pleasant conversation during our meal.
IMHO this restaurant scores very high for providing an authentic Punjabi food experience. The food is fantastic and worth every rupee. They also deliver so I am planning to order sometime soon.
Food, service and taste is amazing here. Authentic Punjabi food. Their chole bhature is out of the world and they provide free delivery in and around Borivali. This has become our new place to order on weekends, don't forget to try out the snacks and punjabi sabzis in their menu as well. The owner is very kind!
Good food although we did not like the Kulcha much. They also don't serve chole bhature in the evening which is sad. Overall ambience of place is OK and it's very small but good food and service outweighs it
I went to this restaurant searching for authentic Punjabi food . The restaurant lives to its mark. I indeed got authentic Punjabi food . The owner is very friendly and his hospitality is amazing . By far the best Punjabi food i have ever eaten. The taste was superb and did not give any trouble after eating the food . The owner makes the masala fresh and does not used packed masala for the cooking.Would recomend to all if u want to eat good Punjabi food come to this place one and only jalandharwala.
The best place in Borivali for authentic Punjabi food! Owner is very friendly and makes all spices by hand and there are dishes that you wouldn't even get in Punjab restaurants since they are only made at home. Prices are extremely reasonable compared to the quality of the food. A must visit place if you want to experience truly excellent and authentic Punjabi delicacies.

We tried Punjabi lassi, chaas, & jaljeera, all of them were so good.
The quantity is less & the prices are lil high.
