Located in Sion TCK is an outstanding delivery kitchen which offers a wide range of deliciously cooked varied cuisines. Recently decided to call in food from their Kitchen. Highly impressed with the quick delivery and the neat packaging offered by them.
Coming to the food, the ChickenTikka and MalaiPaneerTikka has my heart. So flavourful and appropriate portion size.
Next, we called in for the creamiest ButterChicken this place offers. Right from the smooth texture of the gravy to the irresistibly yummy taste all of it was soooo good. Relished it alongside soft Laccha Parathas. The richly cooked Dal Makhni is not to be missed too.
Also, Biryani lovers you’ll cannot afford to give their lipsmacking ChickenDumBiryani a miss.
Apart from mouthwatering NorthIndian dishes, the do offer a wide range of Oriental, Thai as well as continental dishes too. Tried the RedThaiCurry alongside BasilRice and I must say it truly was the best. Highly recommended.
For desserts we called in for delectable Rabdi alongside piping hot GulabJamun and richly made aromatic Halwa. Also their Matka Phirni is a must try, topped with nuts this luscious dessert is the perfect thing to end your meal with.
Solely recommending this place for the excellent quality of food the offer. The menu is decently priced too with good portion size.

The Central Kitchen is a cloud kitchen (delivery only) in Sion which is known for the variations of all cuisines that it offers. It also offers services like home delivery, tiffins, outdoor catering and bulk orders.
We were excited to try the food that this place offers and didn’t wait even a minute to open the food that we had delivered right on time. The food arrived hot and was fresh as a new day.
•Lachha Paratha - Lachha means layers. The texture was super good and every layer was visible. This paratha is so filling, it was brilliantly complementing the gravy. There was also tiny chopped coriander which enhanced the flavour of the paratha really well.
•Butter Chicken - Ah, I’ve never had a butter chicken dish this balanced. In terms of flavour and richness, this butter chicken already has won my heart. It wasn’t greasy at all. The pieces of chicken were solid yet tender, rightly cooked. Especially with the lachha paratha, for a minute I was so engrossed, I completely forgot that I had to eat the rest as well.
•Dal Makhani - Creamy. Delicious. Perfect. I personally loved how it was subtly sweet. Not too much. Just the perfect amount. The dals have been cooked with some good quality cream which really upped the game. It tastes so good even by itself. (A garlic naan goes really well with this.)
•Chicken Dum Biryani - Biryani is an emotion and This biryani filled my house with the aroma of fresh spices and boy, it did some great justice to the taste! It was garnished with fried onions or barista (which I undoubtedly love) It all came together and created magic. The spices in the masala were balanced rightly. The chicken was tender and juicy. There wasn’t any spice that overpowered the taste of the biryani. This one pot meal recipe screams royalty! And I’m sure The Central Kitchen knows their game really well.
As a sucker for good biryani, I would travel anywhere for a good one. This would definitely be in my list of the best ones I’ve had.
There are absolutely no complaints with regards to packaging, taste or ANYTHING.

•Food: I had the Tandoori chicken Tikka,Chicken dum biryani, layered wheat paratha that came with raita and chutney.
The food was high on flavors and not oily. The meat was really tender and we'll cooked. Both the Tikka and Dum biryani were packed with flavors and the Dal Makhni was a perfect accompaniment to the wheat paratha. Not many food joints get the layered wheat paratha right, but this one nailed it.
Highly recommend this place.

The central kitchen is a cloud kitchen located in Sion. I tried their chicken Biryani, chicken tandoori, dal makhani , laccha parata of which chicken was Perfectly marinated and cooked in chicken biryani. Biryani had a nice aroma as I opened my awaited parcel which increased my appetite more. Chicken tandoori was to its best , very soft and good in taste. Dal makhani was also tasty, thick and creamy to have with laccha parata. One must try their Biryanis forsure which will never fail to impress you in your first go. I am satisfied with their taste, quantity and quality. The food was packed properly in a takeaway containers with chutneys, makhani which didn't leaked a bit.

Ordered for their Best Seller Chole Bhature! Absolutely Devoured it. It was Ekdum North Jaise and the Bhatura’s were Fluffy and Soft with the Smoothest and Most Melt in your Mouth Chole.
Enjoyed it with a Big Glass of Lassi topped with Dryfruits. It was made of Only Curd and No Water and it can easily be claimed as the Thickest & Best Lassi in Town.

One of the best place for your cravings. I have ordered, Chinese Chicken Thali & Veg Biryani Thali. Got a pretty packaging. Delivery was on time. Got Huge Varieties in Thali. In Biryani Thali I have got 2 pcs Paneer, Salan, Raita, Papad & 1 Gulab Jamun. Portion was good and sufficient for one person. Quality of the food was too good. It is exactly that.
I don't even know how to elaborate the dishes as they were simple dishes touching your heart and feeding your mouth . So going to keep it short and simple.
We hogged onto paneer tikka. Soft with a really nice gravy.
For sabji, we did something different. We gave potatoes and Paneer a miss. We tried the Dahi Bhindi and let me tell you it was OUTSTANDING. Next up, I always write and say, I judge a place by its dal. Dal Makhani was creamy and filled with flavours. We had it sliced onions and laccha paratha.
So that's my little story of a wholesome delivery dinner at home.

The Central kitchen
Located in Sion so certainly their target will be bkc as that’s the major chunk of business they can expect and target. Now a day’s food delivery options are everywhere in India and each place serves you really wow food respectively.
I ordered my lunch in bkc from the central kitchen and it came bang on time to be honest. Packaging was really perfect in round plastic containers and paratha wrapped in silver foil.
I had paneer kalimiri tikka which had paneer chunks marinated in Indian spices, mainly white with black pepper flavour and cardamom flavour. Paneer was soft and fresh; I felt cardamom flavour was more dominating than black pepper flavour.
Veg saag wala, was really nice it was basically spinach gravy with mix vegetables in it. Spinach gravy was balanced well with flavours and perfect to go with laccha paratha.
Daal makhani was going very well with the food what we ordered, would have been even nicer with jeera rice. Daal was little thick and was missing the butter/makhhan/creamy flavour which it must have.
In all a good food coming at your door step, so surely will be ordering it next time to try other products of them. If you guys are in nearby area then certainly order from The Central Kitchen.
