Very accessible AC waiting lounge with eatery facility.
Outside food is not allowed & Rs 10/- per person for an hour is affordable charges. Have to deposit Rs 100/- & according to your staying period rest amount is paid on your leaving time.
Good place to take rest .......very nice facilities....your own private Pod(room) for family of four also great facilities available...enough place to keep luggage. Staff always available for assistance. Near by small restaurant available for refreshments.
Good place for rest and dine. Ac lounge. Staff was good. Food quality was average but good. Air condition working in good condition. No limit for rest. Good rest room.

The place has a good waiting lounge, a good cafeteria, well maintained bathrooms and air conditioned waiting room. Good place to wait till your train rolls over into the platform.
Nice Private facility for passengers. Bathrooms are clean, hot water is available, though there is long waiting, but will depend on train timings. Cleanliness is well maintained.
There is no seperate facility for Ladies, both gents and ladies toilets and bathroom are common, which is a very awkward thing here. Somewhat costly, coffee you get at 50/- Rs, tea at 30/-. But it's of great utility for passengers as waiting plus toilet plus bathroom plus food is available at the same place at their convenience.
It's a descent place for train travellers. Area is limited. They have tried to match it to airport lounge however it will take some to get things in order.

A good facility center at CSTM railway station Mumbai, nice wash room, toilets. Sofa , almirah for storage , big size TV , news paper . all types of food items too. Passenger can stay , fresh up ,had breakfast and lunch even deposit your luggage too.
