Loved the pasta!! Service was bit slow. But food was good.
Nice ambience , cozy place !!
I miss this place and I cannot wait to visit them again. The pasta we had at bogeto cafe was amazing, truly! They gave us the option of making our own pasta and we decided to make it a bit more spicy, since I like spicy food. It was truly worth trying! ❤️I like their ambience too, it's a small nice cozy cafe!

This is a quaint and a cozy cafe located very close to Matunga Station and its proximity to colleges makes it even more famous. The decor is nice, sweet and minimalistic. I abdolutely relished pizzas, garlic bread and I e teas here. The cakes and pastries here are also yummilicious and worth trying it out.
Recently visited this place. we ordered 4 cheese pizza, mojito, cheesecake and chocolate cake. Pizza could be much more better. Even the service was quite slow. Overall good place.
It’s a small cafe in the midst of all the South Indian restaurants in Matunga that serves you basic pizza’s, pastas, beverages and amazing moctails. The taste is quiet good than expected. Tried the Mac and cheese, it was amazing and quiet budget friendly for college students and can feed two. The pizzas are decent and drinks are amazing. A good hangout place for quick catchups as the place is quiet small not recommended for a large group. Service is quick too if you are a college student.
I loved the food here
Even ambience is quite good
But staff ain't that friendly
I would suggest you all to try
FRENCH FRIES
PASTA
PIZZAS (LOVED IT)
Recently I have been to The bogeto cafe which is located in Matunga east .
Following are the food dishes which I ordered
1) Penne pink pasta : with cheese and lots of veggies it's a major attraction for pasta lovers.
2) texmex pizza :
Available as a thick crust pizza
you can definitely give it a try . It's a pizza with jalepeno nachos and veggies loaded with lots of cheese inside.
3) Belgian choco shake :
Fine blend of choco chips with choco sauce and slight touch of coffee flavour.
Food Rating : 4/5
Service : 4/5
a nice place located in the heart of Matunga. They serve good desserts and some Italian food like pizzas and pasta. Had ordered a pizza here. A bit indian types but was good to taste. Service is good and hygience levels are maintained. Virgin Mojito is quite good here and worth trying. Décor is well done and you get a good feel.
Tried binging here, on a typical Monday lunch break .Have ordered Indian spicy pizza 10" which had mozzarella cheese , Tomatoes , capsicum and onions .Since it was baked in a brick oven , one can feel the smoky and crispy crust of the pizza and was simple yet delicious and complimented it with a Lemon mint cooler which I felt could have been better in both proportion and freshness ( in terms of refreshment ).

Best Place to relax and celebrate your occasion
I fins this place romantic.
Ambience is pretty much good and the way they treat us is feels like some luxurious , very kind and perfect
And food quality is also amazing and delicious , unique
It's a great cozy place to chill with your friends where you can chat endlessly and also give your taste buds a great time. Our favs being thin crust pizza and cold coffee and since all their desserts are yum it's really hard to pick just one. Highly recommended.
Friendly staff relaxing ambience and good food
We ordered
Cranberry juice: 4/5
very refreshing
Alfredo cheese pizza: 3/5
It taste good when it's hot... But on bland side
Nutella almond cake: 5/5
Best dish must try...the crunch of almond takes it to another level
Cozy place for Italian food. Food taste is very nice, and has a feel of homemade food. The portion size is also well managed and you can easily share dish between two people.
The place is little bit expensive, but the food is worth spending that extra money.
Its a small cafe with 3 sets of 4 seated tables. They also serve deserts. Its a low light restaurant i.e. it has a yellowish theme.
The food is nice. Best for Sunday brunch. If you have a full fledged dinner then this is not for your dinner as it has only pastas, pizzas, and other similar cuisine
Potato wedges and chocolate pastries are a must try from this place!
Very good ambience and definitely good taste.
We tried two of their 'talk in the town' dishs
When it comes to pasta, long, tender strands of spaghetti have been the favorite. Above one incorporate spaghetti with Aglio-e-olio sauce; and then topped with black olives,broccoli,mushrooms,American corn;
And
➡Exotic bogeto pizaa;
With bell pepper, green olivis,American corn, n lots n lots of cheese
Simple yet exotic
Final word : definitely worth a try!!!
Nice cozy cafe close to Welinkgar Institute of Management and Poddar College. They have sandwiches, pizza and pasta.. Had two types of pastas, funghi and Anglio e Olio, on two occasions. Both were nice. Also has regular chai and mocktails. Staff is unobtrusive but responsive. Quick Service.
“Change is the only constant in life” – this is a quote which probably is one of the top 5 quotes which are used quite commonly. We all yearn for a change in our day to day life; be it clothes, food, work or even daily routine. Repetitiveness equates us to machines & not to humans.
Matunga East is one such locality which was getting saturated & boring to a point of frustration; what else would you say to a locality where 95% of its restaurants serve only type of cuisine or the menu cards of which are dominated by one cuisine – South Indian. The locality was screaming its lungs out for a change or an addition.
The addition presented itself in the form of The Bogeto Café [TBC], a bright & lively spot on the otherwise dark locality. The Café is the brain child of Chef Shashank Shetty who has graduated from the Cesar Ritz Culinary Arts Academy, Switzerland and has a carved a name for himself as Pastry Chef of repute.
The interiors are bright and well-lit. The interior walls are painted white which refract the lighting and hence place looks bright as the sun goes down. The furniture is wooden with rustic & dated finish.
We ordered for the following:
AMERICAN CORN CHEESE BALLS [INR 180]
Nothing can possibly go wrong with this starter. Nicely crusted and fried balls were served with an in-house tomato salsa which was slightly sour & spicy.
RECOMMENDED
HOMEMADE LEMONADE [INR 60]
A tall glass of lemonade, ought to be been a bit more tangy.
CREATE YOUR OWN PIZZA [INR 289]
We opted for an Italian thin crust 10 inch pizza base with a topping of Broccoli, Cherry Tomatoes, Onions and Black Olives. The Broccoli & cherry tomatoes were layered nicely on each of the slices and baked to perfection.
RECOMMENDED
ARABIATTA PASTA [INR 245]
Fusilli Pasta cooked in a tangy tomato sauce. We opted for sun dried tomatoes, green olives, bell peppers and broccoli as toppings. The sauce was nice in terms of tanginess but ought to have been slightly spicy.
RECOMMENDED
CHOCO FUDGE PASTRY [INR 90]
Now coming to part this Café is famous for, Desserts. We were almost full and had place for only 1 dessert hence we went by the recommendation of the server & ordered the Choc Fudge Pastry.
I don’t go oo-la-la when I see chocolates or anything made from chocolates but I am not even allergic to them but dark chocolate make me go weak in my knees.
This piece of pastry blew me off with the first bite. The gooey and fudgy chocolate was oozing out from any & every possible space available even before the spoon had touched the base of the pastry.
RECOMMENDED
The price factor is also quite affordable; my total bill came to Rs.864 without levies & taxes for 2 persons.
To summarise, TBC has been whole heartedly accepted as the much wanted change in the locality. This is evident from the crowds which throng the place, being in close proximity to 3 colleges is an added advantage. The food served in top class and the desserts are the icing on the cake.
A repeat visit is on the cards!
