We visited Sun and Moon Korean Restaurant in Mumbai. Loved the ambiance & food is legit korean dish. Overall, a wonderful experience for my whole family! We never thought we can find a samgyupsal place while on our family trip to India. It's a good break for Asians who misses our usual foods. I wanted to highlight their staff "Niraj" for being so energetic & hospitable while we are dining. Such a nice person! Kamsahamnida!!

Highly recommended for all you BTS fans! A very amusing place to see the love for Korean culture The entire restaurant is full of BTS photos, posters, goodies and tv that plays Korean music Ground floor was under construction when we visited. The food was really good and staff was helpful. Special mention for great service! The staff did not try to over sell, they honestly told us about the food and quantities to avoid wastage for us. Loved the khimchi stew with rice! It was lovely! Even tried shots of Korean liquor! Read a little about Korean food and then visit or take open suggestions from the server. ( do not experiment) Their Instagram page also showcases some popular delicacies shown in kdrama that are available in the menu The only drawback here is a strange smell in the restaurant. Maybe because of pork (not sure ) Full marks for service, food & the love for BTS

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sun and Moon Korean Restaurant, and I have to say, it was an absolute delight. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with soft lighting and tasteful decor that set the stage for a truly exceptional meal. The menu at Sun and Moon offers a wide variety of Korean dishes, from classic favorites like bibimbap and bulgogi to more adventurous options like kimchi stew and seafood pancake. I opted for the tteokbokki, and I was not disappointed. The rice cake was perfectly cooked, and the veggies were tender and flavorful, with just the right amount of heat from the gochujang sauce. The accompanying side dishes, were also excellent, particularly the tangy kimchi and the crispy sweet potato. I also tried the corndog, which was a standout dish. The corndog was loaded with fresh cheese and sausages and had a satisfying crunch on the outside with a soft, savory center. The dipping sauce that accompanied the corndog was a perfect complement, with just the right balance of sweetness and tanginess. To top off the meal, I ordered soju, which was the perfect match for the delicious meal. Overall, I would highly recommend Sun and Moon Korean Restaurant to anyone looking for delicious, authentic Korean cuisine in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The flavors were spot-on, the service was excellent, and I can't wait to go back and try more of the menu.

Great Korean food. The atmosphere is great if you are a BTS fan. For me it was okay. Do try the special Korean alcohol (similar to sake, forgot the name). The only problem I have is with the seats. They are uncomfortable and too low compared to the height of the tables.

Ambience is a BTS fan themed. Its a calm n cozy place. The staff is friendly. 1st time- We ordered fire noodles and veg gimbap. We generally dont have spicy food, so for us fire noodles were too much spicy. So speak to them before ordering. Gimbap we thought would be like sushi but sushi is more tasty than gimbap i can say. Overall i would like to taste more of korean food rather than commenting right now on anything 🤗 2nd time- i was amazed at the taste of dishes i had. We ordered Japchae, it was glass noodles with veggies. Bibimbap, its rice with different veggies on top, you mix everything together in the bowl n have. Both were really delicious. We also had Tteokbokki, it was cylindrical rice cakes in it with veggies. Those rice thing were very chewy but the taste was good. This time i can comment that you would like Korean food if you are ready to have some different taste for your tongue. 🙂

So, for a very long time we wanted to try a different cuisine and we were always fond of Korean by watching the same on different pages, YouTube channels and Zomato etc., The spiciness of food, the ingredients that all tempted me. So we chose this restaurant which specifically provides authentic Korean food. ☀️ Sun and 🌙 Moon Korean Restaurant. So this restaurant is in Worli you can only reach here by taxi. You can take a 🚕 taci from Prabhadevi or Lower Parel or Mahalaxmi. This place is not for veg or vegan people a straight no for them. As at this place you can try or explore different animals. So, talk about the cuisine it's very different from the Indian you won't find or you won't explore much spices in this cuisine. Although its rich of proteins and fibre. We did not explore much of the dishes in here as after 2 dish, I figured out that I won't be fond of it. I wanted to explore and I did. Talking about the ambience, so you will really feel like it's a Korean restaurant. The things around you, the walls everything. Once we enter the restaurant the staff greeted us and we choose to sit on the first floor. The staff on the first floor I felt they were very much ignorant. We choose the table by ourselves no one guided us there and then for 5-7 minutes there was no one to attend us. No one gave us the 🍷 glass of 💦 water or even the menu for food. I asked them twice or thrice for the menu after that they gave us. Talking about pocket friendly- so the restaurant average dish is Rs. 700, most of the dishes are in the range of Rs. 1k-1.5k. In the menu we were only showing them what to eat as all the names were difficult to pronounce. And along with foods you will get sides as well to try, like fried caramaled peanuts, then few more. Foods that we ordered : 1. Tteokbokki : So this is something like a rice cake which is very heavy and you might fight it difficult to chew as well, shredded chicken and veggies you can find. The taste of gravy is sweet and spicy and you can totally feel both the taste seperately, sweet at first and then spicy at last. The spiceness I did not like as it was a blant taste like someone mixed lal mirchi in your food after cooking, so I did not enjoyed it much. 2. I do not remember the name of the dish but it's basically a sausage 🌭 covered with rice cake and then fried. There was no taste in it. To make it more tasty and to feel something I dipped it into sauce and eat it. Further, there was one act which I cannot forget, as I told you the staff were ignorant so this incident proves it. So we ordered 3 dish out of which only 2 were brought on the table still 1 was left and we were waiting for it and when I asked the staff after it was late they both discussed with each other whether the same was ordered, so by reading their face I realised they did not order it till now to chef so I asked them to cancel it. When they bring the bill the 3rd dish name was there in the bill which I asked them to cancel and they did. So overall, I will say if you really have love for Korean food then you can go here you will find authentic Korean food but recently I discovered that I was only tempted of the photo and not really a fan of it.

1st impression was not good .when you enter... it look like restaurant is closed and you come to wrong place 😅 But Upper storey is open for dine .....I like that all wooden walls are cover with kpop fans notes🗒, kpop group and idols names💜 In background they play Bts concerts music🎶 If you r searching for proper Korean🇰🇷 specialize restaurant then it is Good option. Food taste was good. I tried Ttoekbokki (taste awesome🤯🤩..just like I always imagine while watch kdrama😅) and Gimbap (Genuinely I don't like it's taste😖) with 4 complimentary side dishes (kimchi , sweet potato , Korean bapsang(penuts) , Radish salad).
