We had been at this restaurant, Its branch of FoodLand since more than 34 years.
It is very nearer to Malad station and S V Road.
This restaurant is based on History and Spiritual.
##Interior
Hotel owner have itself done very fantastic interior, we should look once. At right side they have kept 300 vessels of kadai, tapeli etc etc... Above area is of 2100 vessels, that we should see atleast once.
Flooring is made up of Soil and in summer also you will not feel hot
They are having both AC and non AC sections. Non AC section is pure Sattvik and do not serve Onion & Garlic.
Their Speciality is Thali, a big thali having 13 types of different things and its at very cheaper rate.
They user Pure Ghee and all ingredients from Manglore. You will feel real taste of South Indian dishes.
Coming to the order we did
1. Idli Platter : 5 types of different IDLI's served with Sambhar and Chatni.
We ordered 2 different Platters. Idli are Gunturpodi, Manchurian, Malgapodi, Schezwan, King
Another platter was having Achari, Asian Spicy, Kolhapuri, Barbeque, Butter idli. Its real taste of different idli's. I would recommend to order this platters in your menu.
2. Dosas
# Schezwan Chilli Cheese Dosa: It is having Amazing taste of Sezwan chatni comes with big Dosa. Amazing in taste. I recommend this to menu.
#Mallipuram Dosa : It gives memory of Manglore. Tangy dosa with Mallipuram Chatnis. I recommend this to menu.
These 2 Dosa are combination of spicy and tangy taste, it should be defintely there in our menu
# Pessarattu (moong) Dosa: Its comes with filling of Moong and other ingrediants in Dosa. Its very delicious dosa.
# Nai (Ghee) Roast Dosa: Its like Sada Dosa roasted with pure Ghee. You will feel real taste of Ghee in this Dosa. They uses pure ghee.
3. Cholle Puri: It comes with 5 Puri and Chole. Chole taste is amazing and very good. Little spincy and tangy taste. Preparation of Chole is very good and gravy is very good in taste
4. Bissibele Baath: It served with the fry khichiya papad. Very good taste of Dal Rice in Manglorian style.
Coming to Desert
##### Spl Sheera of the Day (Mango) #####
Very yummy and mouth tempting Sheera. Made in pure ghee and pure fruits, no assesnse inside.
While you eat, will feel real taste of Fruit and sheera. I definitely recommend this your menu.
If you came to this resturant then don't miss the Sheera. They sells it their making price.

The staff is extremely courteous and will give you homely dinning experience. This place is total value for money for its taste, portion and services. Must try.
A small south Indian joint serving various types of Idli, Dosa and Vade with a twist. Authenticity is questionable, taste can improve. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable about the single page menu. Absence of air-conditioning can be a problem during summer afternoon. Reasonably priced with appreciably large portions.
