Fantastic space, open and gives plenty of options across weight training, functional as well as the group exercises.
Special mention to my trainer Dev - absolutely no nonsense, down to earth, humble and extremely effective in motivating people. Reach out to him if you're looking for a focussed attempt at getting fit.
He has also got me hooked on to Body Pump and if you haven't done that Group class at Fitness First yet, you need to do it now

This is a great gym which meets international standards. I’m currently visiting mumbai from Australia. I go to Fitness first in Sydney and so I was really keen to use this gym as it was close by. The gym is quite spacious with modern equipments and the staff is friendly specially Viren who was very helpful and provided a great onboarding experience.

They have all the gym equipment for weight training and also for free style.
They also have seperate group working out areas for yoga, cycling and zumba.

Good gym with good equipments and nice staffs. Personal trainers are too good. It's a gym in an empty mall.
It is a nice gym. Very spacious. Many options of machine. The only drawback is the location in Mega Mall, which is a non-functional mall.
Best gym I have visited in a few years now, considering I have tried 4-5 gyms before this. This one has extremely friendly staff, all modern and updated equipments. Very hygienic environment. Best part is group activities, so you never get bored. This is not just a gym, this is a full fledged club. Awesome experience.
