Must try. All the dishes are awesome. We tried prawns thali, bombil thali mutton sukka and vajari. And cherry on the cake was the best solkadi i ever had.
One of the best restaurants serving authentic malvani cuisine in the city.. We tried their pomfret fry, prawns fry, bombil (bombay duck) fry thalis.. good food quality, worth the money
Its a small place but the taste is awesome. Assal malvani chaska 😘 The prices are also pocket friendly.

Visited this place and ate there a couple of weeks ago. Had been searching for a good seafood place. Malvan Katta knows how to handle seafood and good value for money as well. The red chutney is out of this world. Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed a lot with there food quality and staff services.
Very well prepared dishes. Malvan Katta has a knack for handling seafood. The dishes were perfectly spiced and no raw notes whatsoever. The red chutney was a pleasant surprise. Surmai thali, crab thali, prawns biryani, mutton biryani were all delicious to the palate and comfortable on the tummy. Good value for money as well. Highly recommended for seafood lovers.
This place is just next to my office in vikhroli. Sometimes i visit here during my lunch hours. The food is amazing here. My most favourite from here id Prawns biryani. It is my absolute favourite. Along with the second best from this place is bombil fry. It is yummylicious. Its a must try place.

Prawns size was good and taste was really delicious.

This place serves tasty non veg food especially sea food.. Seafood is tastier than chicken.. you can also get meals/thalis herewhich includes rice, bhakri(indian bread made with rice flour), solkadhi, dry fish, gravy and main dish(fish fry/curry).. the quality of their food is very nice.. 🐠
The taste and portion was amazing. Only one complaint Aircondition wasn't working. But the owner gave a discounted price that's a nice gesture.

You should definitely visit the place if you are a fan of authentic malavni cuisine. The fried bombay duck will melt in your mouth. Coconut rich curry of Surmai fish was perfect. Eating it with bhakri makes it a great combination. Overall very good experience!
Malwan Katta is on the way and is located near Gandhinagar. This place offers both veg and non veg food. If you are a vegetarian don't be disappointed they have many varieties and you will love it. The food is quite good and mouth watering. For sea food lover this place is for you guys as the name of the place itself says malwan Katta. They serve fresh fishes e.g. surmai, bangdu, bombil, crab prawns both in gravy curry and fried too. They serve fish thali of the desired fish you want. I would recommend go for mandli fry for starters and for main course go for surmai and crab also bombil fry was mouth watering. Solkadhi tastes the best. They also serve chicken and mutton. Both in gravy and thali. You have options to eat. They serve soft drinks as well. Place is quite small but is usually crowded and quantity and quality is excellent. Do visit this place as it is on the go.
Very good authentic malvani food. Kombdi Vade and Mutton Vade is must have. And after everything solkadhi is must. If you working near lbs vikhroli its good to have food here. Sitting area is small. But taste is good.

If you know the taste of fresh pomfret then this is the place to go for that fresh taste of pomfret. Its a go to place for me when I crave for a good fish. The only missing is they could serve a nice green chutney with raw mango as it is in season. Which would go best with all the fried starters.
