Assal malvani on of the most famous restaurant in lower parel for sea food dishes especially for the malvani dishes.The service offered by the restaurant is aslo quick and very nice. The place is aslo good and the seating is aslo nice and comfortable.The dishes served over there are mind blowing.I enjoyed it very much
Amazing food. Best sea food in the area at such low rates. Wish i could rate more than 5 stars. Superb place for nonveg lovers. The quality of food is also so good. Don't hesitate seeing those extra low rates because surprisingly they actually deliver more than expectations.
Ordered from here one hot, hungry afternoon. I need to eat gluten free and dairy free, so this place was perfect for me. We had rice bhakri, prawn masala, chicken masala, mutton sukha, malvani dal, and rice. Everything was excellent, though rather spicy. Everything is gluten free and dairy free. Delivery was quick, too. Definitely ordering again.

Me nd ofc colleague decided to visit here...as he wanted to eat Wade wid chicken nd fish tooo :P.... Finding dis place frm Mathuradas mills was a good walk of 15+ mins.... It is located ahead of the upcoming monorail stn. Dat is being built above d road... Finally v reached d hotel... It has a small entrance and around 8 tables wid 2 rows of 4 on the two corners and a way to walk in between... B saw d menu nd decided to go fr Half chic. Malvani handi, bombil fry nd 2 plate wada... The handi was good... Lots of chicken... Nvr thought dat quantity of half handi wud b sooooo much... The bombil fry was good. . it was a deep fry..nd I was thinking it wud b shallow..but nvrtheless... It was not bad... The wada was amazing... Hot nd crispy.... As it shud b... A great Friday meal... Finally a meal in a malvani resto is nvr completed without a Sol kadi!! The Sol kadi was more on d bitter side... A lot of kokum used... Cud hav been better....
Will visit once again to try their thalis... Chic. Nd fish!!
Assal Malvani : Sea food with great flavours.
Nestled in midst of residential area on Delsile rd in Lower Parel E . It is saving grace for office goers in the surrounding area.
Ambience : Single shop converted into restaurant.Basic but clean seating space.
Service : One of the few in that area that offer Delivery. Staff are quick otherwise also.
Food : Various fish & chicken Thali is the USP.
1)Chicken thali : chicken pieces in Thick gravy, plain chicken curry, less than half plate rice, Bhakri or Chapati ,Sol Kadi.
2)Surmai Thali : Big piece Surmai fry, fish curry, less than half plate rice, Bhakari or Chapati ,Sol Kadi.
3) Bombil fry : my favourite,2 pcs in one portion, they even give u the plain fish curry , so just order for one full rice and ur meal is actually complete.
4) Prawns masala : tasty and the portion is also good.
Cost : Reasonably Priced.
Stick to only malvani food on the menu and you will be happy.
