service not up to the mark, they do not have token system just ask you to sit in the back and wait for the turn that too randomly , staff is doing their work as if just passing time not at all prompt or any greetings or hospitality , i had to visit twice to get my query solved no feedback call on first visit to whether problem was resolved since i am a longterm customer using same number since orange hutch vodafone and vi transition previously service was excellent dint expect such customer treatment. i would not like to mention any staff members name cause don't know what problem they might have been facing or going through just need improvement to keep customers loyal to Vi and not switch to aggressively marketing other networks , this store does not have parking facility even for the bike
