This outlet of The pancake story is located in Borivali West. Visited this place before lockdown quite multiple times. Lovely ambience as well as interiors and prompt services (could have been better) though with limited seating arrangement area.
TPS is reasonably priced, especially renowned for its minipancakes, also they offer variety of options in menu list ranging from shakes, crepes, waffles and more.

All the above mentioned orders were lip-smacking, delicious and price-worthy. Definitely recommended, especially for dessert lovers.

I had the chocolate lovely pancakes as I couldn't stop craving it, i love how tasty and chocolaty it is, it's one of the best over there.
Apart from this, oreo obsession and crunchy kitkat are tooo good for any chocolate lover, love it!!

The Pancake story, the menu is full of amazing items. once you start going through the menu you will realize the world is full of so much goodness. Especially, My daughter, she drools over this place like she has lived her entire life after eating a waffle here. That reaction from a small kid coming is the real review we could ever ask.
The service is okayish and the sitting arrangement is a bit cramped. Rest the vibes are good and have a tasty meal,
The special items we drool over are Chocolate Therapy Waffle and Lotus Biscoff mini pancakes.
The place is vibrant and serves delicious pancakes and waffles. Taste is good. I would be happy if they served more in quantity. They serve the dish with cute little flag on it. 😃
Chocolate vulcano is a must try pancake which tastes amazing with ice cream put on top. The employee was so good that he didn't charge extra for the ice cream as I was short of money as he himself asked me to try it. Overall it was amazing.
