I had a delightful experience at La Loca Maria restaurant. The signature Tiramisu is a must try, super light and yummy. While it's on the higher end in terms of pricing, the quality and flavors justify the cost.
The tiramisu is one of the best I’ve ever had. Little pricey but very nice vibe. The paella is quite nice. Better to reserve well in advance, as they get full quickly.
I'd been attempting to secure a reservation at La Loca Maria for some time. Despite calling a week ahead, I always found it fully booked. When I finally got a reservation near the bar with high chairs, I seized the opportunity. The fusion Spanish cuisine lived up to the hype; the fish tacos were bursting with flavor, the sticky Pork Belly was divine with its tangy sweetness, and though the chicken Paella fell short for me with slightly overcooked rice, the overall experience was elevated by a fantastic rebujito. The decor effortlessly blends modern and traditional elements, the staff are delightful, making it a definite must-visit. Just ensure to book well in advance if you plan to go on a weekend.
We started with the carpaccio, sticky pork belly and the charred octopus. The carpaccio is a must try, followed by the sticky pork and octopus. The pork tacos were nice, but portions were tremendously small. The atmosphere is nice and the music is chill, but i feel like the outside seating could be a little better. The main issue with the food were the portions. Everything we ordered tasted pretty good.
Chilled ambience, wonderful service, the cocktails and food out of this world. Definitely recommend its a must visit, I'm gonna come back every chance I get ❤️ Chef Xavier the food you make is outstanding 😊
One of my all time favourites. I have been visiting since 2019 and yet it manages wonderfully to surprise me. Fish tacos, paella and tiramisu are must try. Wine collection is devine. Will continue visiting in future for wholesome memories ❤️
Excellent spanish cuisine
Most dishes are hits.
Standouts are the gambas, fish tacos, paella, pork belly, carpaccio and the desserts.
Great cocktails and some celeb spotting as well.
This place is magic! The decor, the vibe and the whole atmosphere is fantastic. And then the food and service! I travel a lot in Spain but this was one of the best Spanish restaurants I have been to. And imagine… I found it in Mumbai! We were four people and all dishes (and I mean all!) were divine! Should I anyway mention one it must be the braised lamb! So tender and tasting!
And the staff just completed the whole ambience. Their awareness and politeness to us as guests were so nice!
Thanks for a very enjoyable evening! And I will be back!
This is a Spanish tapas restaurant located in Bandra, Mumbai. It is a small, intimate restaurant with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food is authentic Spanish cuisine, made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The menu features a variety of tapas, as well as main courses.
We loved the gambas ajillo, charred octopus, lobster paella, calamari pasta and sous vide chicken. Even the drinks tasted heavenly.
Don't leave without tasting the tiramisu.
(4/5) Lovely Spanish themed restaurant. Definitely priced at the high end. Wait staff was very attentive and helpful. Live kitchen were truly a subtle delight. Food is served rather quickly even though it is usually crowded. Pork ribs were spectacular. Do visit if you are looking for a fancy Spanish style treat but do not expect a street style taco extravaganza. Also Tiramisu is a bit overrated but if you are looking for a deconstructed style dessert you should go for it.
