Bb Biryani

BB Biryani is a delivery only outlet located in Malad East. They specialise in Mughlai and North Indian cuisines and they have curated the menu nicely by keeping some selected dishes which can cater to both vegetarian and non vegetarian eaters. They cook their biryanis in a clay pot which indeed adds nice touch the overall flavour of the dish and it also have a lot of health benefits. Also every biryani is prepared from scratch hence its made fresh on order. I personally liked the compact menu and the prices are kept perfectly as the quantity of the dishes is satisfactory. I ordered home delivery via Zomato and the food came within 1 hour nicely packed without any spills plus it came piping hot. The clay pot was hot to handle hence would recommend to gorge directly the moment it arrives. Also the veg biryani pot was covered with green dough and non veg in red which I found nice to differentiate. The accompaniments like raita, mirchi ka salan, green chutney were also served. What We Had - APPETIZER~ Chicken Irani Kebab - 8 huge chicken pieces grilled to perfection and marinated nicely in spices and garlic tasted outstanding. The grilling was great as the chicken had the juiciness intact. Loved the flavours of spices as it was not overpowering. MAINS~ Mixed Veg Curry with Butter Naan - Mixed vegetables made in thick tomato onion based gravy tasted good. I liked the flavours as it didn't had the tanginess of the tomatoes however the cut size of french beans should be decreased. Paneer Dum Handi Biryani - Long grain basmati rice cooked with some veggies and fresh paneer pieces in nice amount of masala tasted brilliant. Loved the balance of masala and rice as it was not dry and taste wise everything was subtle and honestly it was one of the good paneer biryani I have had in recent time. Hyderabadi Chicken Boneless Dum Handi Biryani - Long grain basmati rice cooked with boneless nicely marinated fresh chicken pieces along with good amount of spices used. Again the biryani was not too dry and the rice to masala ratio was perfect. Just need to tone down the ratio of elaichi & garam masala as I felt it a little strong. Rest everything in it was great. So the meal from BB Biryani was enjoyable as I loved eating all the dishes and overall it was a perfect filling experience. Therefore do try them.

Had ordered from Biryani outlet in Goregaon, also after so long had favourite biryani, infused with n number of flavours. They cook biryani on dum and serve all their Biryani in the same earthen pots. They have some amazing offers going on do check out. We had: Paneer Dum Biryani - 4/5 Veg Dum Biryani🔥 - 5/5 Both of these were good, but Veg Dum Biryani was my favourite, with a lot of veggies with spicy gravy. Both biryanis have the same taste just with different layers, were served with raita and spicy salan Matka Phirni🤤 - 5/5 Best one, thick flavoured milk cream topped with nuts, another brother of kheer😌 Gulab Jamun with Rabri🤤 - 5/5 This one also was best, the stuffed gulab jamun was served with rabri. Ordered a chicken Bukhara bb special biryani and Luckhnowi Mutton Handi Biryani Bb biryani has an excellent and curated menu for all taste buds .The range of the biryanis are awesome . To start with Biryanis were well cooked Meat was tender in both of them and dum was very neatly done . When it was delivered it was hot and sealed intact . The aroma and appeal is really nice .Spices are well balanced and quantity is good as well . Accompaniments include raitha and mirch salan but you won't need it as the taste is perfect overall good quantity , good quality, nice taste and feels like value for money to me.Must try

BB biryani is a must-try if you're craving biryani. I've had biryani from several places previously, but this one is at the top of my list as the best in town. Lucknowi biryani : Long grain rice, superfresh soft chicken chunks, freshly ground spices, safron milk, and desi ghee make up Laknowi biryani. Mitti ki handi is used to make every biryani you order. It takes on the flavour of an earthen saucepan. It was cooked to perfection, and you could taste all of the spices. It had a fantastic taste. Kolkata matka biryani: Prepared with desi ghee, safron milk, ground spices, succulent chicken, well-boiled potatoes, and an egg cooked on Dum. This is yet another hidden gem on the menu. Super eppetizing !! This is definitely a restaurant worth seeing. For Biryani fans, I would highly suggest this.
