We had breakfast here and food's taste was great while presentation was okay. Ambience of the place was okay and restraunt's interior is awesome. Must visit place for some quick bite at reasonable price while shopping at Mall road Mussorie. Special mention of tea served in kulhad which was an awesome experience.
I am a chowmine lover, so I can tell you that if you visit this place don't forget to eat chowmine. The flavour, the essence, the vibes and everything about chowmine here is mind blowing.
Uphaar is a vegetarian restaurant a little ahead of Gandhi Chowk and serves the usual North Indian vegetarian fare. Nothing flashy but the food is good, the place is clean and the service is efficient. A good choice for families though I found the prices a little higher than comparable restaurants in the vicinity.
I recently visited this place. We had ordered Kadhai Paneer, Raita and Roties. The food quality was great. I loved their lichee softy so much that I visited the shop next day too.
The place serves amazing food at surprisingly low prices. We ordered palak paneer, dal fry, naan, roti and jeera rice and every one of it was very tasty. The Bournvita milk is also a delight. The staff is friendly and well behaved. The place was full of visitors but the quick and efficient service was able to manage the rush. The ambience is not too appealing but we loved the experience.
A budget friendly dining option on the mall road food was average! The best part is there soft serve corner where in u can mix the flavours and the green apple one was just awesome! Khoya paneer was just good and so was the vegetable kofta! Pasta was a bit of disappointment!! Overall a average place for dining!

They are among the best family resturants of mussoorie and that too situated at mall road which makes it even easier to reach here!
We tried their thalis, masala dosa, grilled cheese sandwich, veg chowmein out of which veg chowmein was what i personally loved!

This place is locate on the Mall road and have nice ambience to attract you.
The servers are really keen with the menu and taking orders. They serve all variety of food but only vegetarian plus they have different varieties of ice cream which you will not find in any other cafe here. I'm not at all a ice cream person but still I tried the Green Apple & Strawberry falvour and believe me that was the best decision. That falvour was amazing and beated all the big brands ice creams 😊, yes I can say this. If you love ice cream you must visit this place.

A very must try cafe when you are in Mussoorie.
This is the best restaurant in Musoorie. They have a wide range of food and drinks, all lovingly created. The owners are extremely generous and kind and let me try out many different foods.
I had my best dosa there, as well as freshly fired jalebis that were my favourite!
The location is good, right at the entrance to Mall road so it’s easy to find.
Highly recommend this restaurant!
Very family friendly atmosphere and the food above all was a clear standout as it was absolutely perfect and delicious. Would highly recommend the Daal Tadka and Shahi Paneer. We also really appreciated the option for Jain meals as we don’t prefer onion or garlic in our meals. The Mysore masala dosa is also something I would personally recommend although the sambhar had a bit too much masala. The wide variety of cuisines are also admirable. Overall, would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone.

The dal tadka and paneer butter masala was delicious and service was good too.
They even had a fresh jalebi counter which was perfect for a dessert!
This is the first time that I'm giving 5 star rating to any restaurant, but Uphar deserves it. It is located at Library Chowk and has enough seating space for about 30-40 people at once. It offers huge variety of food items from North Indian dishes like Dal Makhni, Chole Bhature, Paneer, Naan, Lachcha Paratha to even South Indian Dosa, Uttapam.
I dined 3 times there during my visit to Mussoorie in October. I had Kadhai Paneer which was amazing. I haven't eaten such Kadhai Paneer even in Delhi. Tawa roti was also just like Home made. The 2nd time I had Dal Makhni which was good. Third time I had Aloo-Pyaaz Paratha and Paneer Paratha during breakfast which were good too. And thei Kulhad Chai is also refreshing.
Their Jalebi is also very tasty. Cleanliness and Hygiene was good. Service was also smooth.
If you want to eat good food without taking any risk, do visit Uphar restaurant atleast once when visiting Mussoorie.

The place was stuffed with people and delicious food. Finding a place could be a bit of a work but later we r served with hot food🍲. You will find all sort of food there - Indian, Chinese and other food like pizza 🍕and burger🍔
Best North Indian food you will get here, this place is always packed with customers whenever we come here.
The food is really good, the service is quick. Their jalebi and rabri were very tasty and whatever the season, don't forget to have ice cream there.

A very good place for fresh North Indian food in Mussoorie.
Would advise to go during lunch time and not for dinner, as the food is very heavy! But super tasty for sure. The jalebi with rabdi which is made fresh 4pm onwards must not be missed.
I only had the flavoured dried fruit milk. Was very good.
First of all the location of the restaurant is very good, it is very near to Mall Road starting point, food is decent enought to tickle your taste buds. The only issue this place is always over crowded woth lots and lots of people. Enjoying your food with satisfaction is tough. But if you can manage and want good food you can definitely try this outlet.
I loved the combination of Jalebi and Rabri which was good along with the milk. It is very refreshing and fulfilling in chilly winters. All in all a good place to have your breakfast, lunch or dinner.
