One of the oldest shops on mall road, the Hot 'Malai' Milk in Kulhar with "Jalebi" served here is a must-eat. You can have Kulhar Milk also without Jalebi @50/-. The shop is situated on The Mall near the Picture Palace.
Nice place for hot tea, samosa and various types of Indian sweets. Only 4 table sto sit, but wait for your turn or simply have it standing. Tea is fantastic, sweets are great an din lovely weather of mussoorie everything takes awsome. Located on the mall road, can't miss it. atleast try it once
