Happiness is when your job involves travelling, and because of my work I found myself in this lovely city of Nagpur.
My train got me here early in the morning, and my very good friend Rohan had told me to visit any of the Haldiram's outlet for some afordable food. So thats what I did. But, I had to wait an hour or so before the Haldiram's Food Plaza opened up but the staff here was very kind to let me wait there with my huge luggage bag.
The place is like a food court from any mall, but the only difference is that all the counters are of Haldiram's itself. The menu is varied with food items ranging from Chaat, Chinese to Live Pasta counters and mocktails and other beverages. Due to it being early morning, I wasn't able to try the PANEER ROLL I was mentally drooling over. But here's what I had instead,
RAJ KACHORI - I saw many customers ordering this, and it was a recommendation from my friend Rohan as well. It was a huge Kachori filled with potatoe filling as well as pulses. Then topped with fresh, thick and creamy curd and lip smacking chutneys. Priced at 80 bucks it is very tasty and a lovely snack indeed.
LASSI - The lassi was filled with cardamom essense, so the taste was a delicate mix of chilled, sweet and the peculiar tang of cardamom. I liked it.
MEDU WADA - One of my favourite breakfast items, 2 fluffy and crunchy south Indian donuts were accompained with very careful portion of Coconut chutney, Tangy red tomato chutney and hot Sambhar. It was nice, no doubt but I had some unfulfilled expectations from it.
The fact that Haldiram has expanded its business from serving just sweets and farsans to opening up huge franchise of restaurants is fascinating. My whole experience was very comfortable. One thing they can improve, which Rohan wants more than me, is that they should stop the 'Self Service' system and make the whole eating experinece more hasselproof for their customers...
Anyway, its a good place to eat in and next time I'll try the Paneer Roll and Chole Bhature for sure!

This is my go to place and it never disappoints me with taste and service i tried rajkachori,panipuri,bhel,sandwich,chole bhature
I ordered winter special sarso ka saag and makke ki roti. Yes it was too delicious and value for money 😋
No word to talk about Haldiram evergreen restaurant in any time at any season. No one compare with the taste of Haldiram. The Rajbhog Kachori is one of my best dish in Haldiram.
Now a days, this outlet of Haldirams has become my go- to place for having breakfast, snacks, soft and what not the whole day. Being a student and having classes for straight 8 hours keeps me longing for a break and Haldirams, situated right beside my classes has become our favorite stop for hanging out and enjoying good food too.
Tried a lot of things here. Recently had Cafe mocha, double treat sundae, triple chocolate waffle, Bombay chaat and softy.
Loved all the things to the core.
Super quick service, reasonable prices, courteous staff, quantity and quality food with comfortably seating arrangement is all that Haldirams offers and stands true to the brand.

Hygenic food, Lovely food. The taste was same everytime. I would suggest Taste their Dal Makhani. It was really awesome and the taste was same everytime.
They have quiet good seating arrangement. Also waiting is during weekends. But As per my experience they provide a fresh and hot food. Food is of good quality and it taste well. About services they provide you have to bill first no one came to take your order. There is self service in this restaurant. Don't take tension you don't have to wash the dishes unless you paid your bill.
Haldiram Buldi HALDIRAM Nagpur Taste - It has variety of food. And for non spicy food lovers. Its has all flavours of India south indian, north indian, gujrati etc. I have tried almost every dish of haldiram. It has good quality & quantity. The spicy dish is only chilly potato. Its 9/10 because i love spicy food.
Service - In terms of service its 10/10 Its a self service planet food but if you want service on your table they provide it. Fast service with hot food.
Ambience - Every haldiram has same ambience. Its a decent ambience. Family , friends , couples or single can visit. It has friendly environment.

The staff is very attentive and polite.
There are plenty of options in every thing from snacks to lunch and dinner even you can buy item like dryfruit, sweet, and namkeen. They make new items for every festival and the pyaaj kachori is vary delicious at just only 20 rs they offer it. You will get Sweet of different range from normal paida to sweet like exclusive anjeer katli, gulab katli and many more. In namkeen there is no one take their hand in market. Talking about instant snack they offer khaman Dhokala, mung kachori, pyaaj kachori, samosa, paneer patties and many more with cakes and petries like choco volcano, strawberry island and death by chocolate, they have variety of range in this too. The staff is very supportive in case you need something or help.last but not least You can't forget about choco dip softy which comes just only at 19 rs.
Awesome food and service.
We went for Lunch here and couldn't be more happier about the food. It's a thali system with range of options for everyone inclusing rajasthani dal bati, maharashtrian jhunka bhakar, gujrati kadhi, dahi wada, etc. The service was very good and we never had to wait long for anything.
Valet parking service offered is convinient as it's a busy road.
Definitely will visit again
Place was bit cramped but otherwise everything else was nice, fast service, yummy food, filling and worth the money. Parking might be a big issue, try to park the car in the mall nearby.

Best place for chaat. You will never be disappointed to have visited this place. Chinese cuisine ,South Indian dishes,North Indian food ,thali,dessert, breakfast everything is really good in here.
Haldiram's Thaat Baat is only a thali restaurant with a sweet shop at the ground floor. And actually a yellow building, not the one with glass at the front, that one is also haldiram but it is below the Sitabardi metro station next to Bank of Baroda
