One of the lit places to be at in Nagpur on weekend. The food is great and the cocktails are potent. If only they could improve on the service front. It gets difficult to communicate with the staff. The app is great for ordering but you always have to reachout to your server to approve it and that gets annoying. Other than that the vibe is good, so is the crowd. Get in early on the weekends to avoid the rush. Didn't check the condition of the washroom here but there is one instead the property and you don't have to go use the mall's restroom. Also, the afternoon music playlist can be better.

We are so fortunate to have this place just a few minutes drive away from home. Food is stunning, lovely selection of beers. Love this place and will continue to visit. You'll have to install their app to place the order which is quite cool. Highly recommended servers are polite and attentive...

Great atmosphere and staff is polite and helpful. However their unique way of ordering food and drinks may work manually as it is not friendly.

I recommend this place to everybody ………as i am the regular guest here ………..always prefer agent jacks on other bar ……..special thanks to swapnil he always helpfull

Excellent service vinay sir......good condonation.... I have complent about manager (Sunil sir) he don't give me table when there is empty table.. And behaviour like we are not paying the bill (cash) ..... I am regular customer of ajent jack....

Wow, this place is really very amazing. Located in trillium mall. They serve decent food but rates are high . It's a great place for the people who prefer hard drink . Weekends are too much fun with DJs . The entrance is 👍 great decorated with bottles of beer
