The complex itself is good. The rooms are well built, the residents are very enthusiastic as well. There's OKAY parking here. The society always tries to adjust a new vehicle inside the society somehow. The security guys are always changing tho but as long as they do their jobs it's fine I guess.
It has 5 wings. 1bhk and 2 BHK are available.. Spacious flats are available. 1bhk rent is around 8.5k to 9.5k...2bkh is around 12k to 15k..park is available. Hospital 24 hrs medical. Restaurants are nearby. Infinity gym
As i mentioned earlier , the owner is more likely a friend to me now ,, i bought a Arowana from him around 1.2 years ago , it is connected to me like a part of my heart , very active and self sufficient .
Very Good to stay here as water is availabe 24X7. And also havin Podium Park.. Good space for parking inside but if have bought the parking space along with flat. Nearby Khandeshwar... And also having Vijaya Bank Branch and ATM where cash is always available...
Problem is with if you rent a flat here you have to pay more than other flats available nearby. Otherwise it s very good to stay here.
Very good society, I have my own flat, every thing is good. Society is very clean, security guards are available 24 hour's
Good place, but beware of brokers if u r renting. They asks for outrageous rent.
