Im a big seafood lover..let it be Ratnagiri from paternal end or Mangalore from maternal end..Fish and coconut runs in my blood and Kairali reminds me of my native place.

I truly relish the food out here.
There's not much to say about the ambience ..it is a small local and well ventilated place..gives old school canteen kinda feel .

The food is really good ..the quality is good.
They serve fresh seafood..
🔸prawn sukkha is totally yummm...dhaba style. you can have it with appam/mota south indian rice .kadi and fried mirchi. Great combination.
🔸Basa chilly- another great dish served.. perfectly cooked with amazing burst of flavors.

My favourite is Karemeen fish..which is a South Indian speciality and rarely found. totally mouth watering .its a must try. ⭐10/10- Highly Recommended

chicken starters and main course is good.
earlier they served good quantity but with time its going bad.
they serve good biryani as well.
They should add more staff.

Its a small place in vashi n little difficult to find. But seems to be famous among keralites. Chanced upon it as there is a momo person right outside the shop.
Had chicken roast and avial with parotta. Fantastic taste. Also would recommend chi chettinad, really authentic and tasty. Only problem is many things on the menu particularly the kerala stuff can get over if are late.

Head to Kairali if you are interested in having kerali cuisine at pretty cheap rates! Appam, egg curry, black tea, kaapi ☕️ and chicken roast are my favourite! Haven't tried their snacks yet as they get over quickly. They should make snacks in large quantity.
It's a small restaurant with good food and service is quick.
