The restaurant was great. It had a cozy atmosphere, excellent service, and a menu with delicious choices. I enjoyed a tasty meal from start to finish. It's a fantastic place to have a memorable dining experience.

Awesome place for authentic pizza, pasta and more. Service was great. The prices were moderate. I will definitely visit this place every time I visit Delhi.

This is an awesome place. I had been to both Noida and GTB Nagar restaurants, both are amazing. In vegetarian, I love the garlic knots and cottage cheese tocsana. I had dry munchurian and macho nacho combo during my first visit. Staff is courteous too. Food takes some time to prepare but it's worth it and not much delay. Overall, totally love this place and fully recommend Spezia Bistro.

Great feeling has you step in, the greenery is a welcome sign. Don't give this spezia bistro a miss, if you are in Hudson Lane. It's very very good. I just loved the ambience. The staff is polite, the service is good and the pizza, Garlic knots, veg sizzlers, watermelon mojitos are amazing. We had their classic margarita and mushroom pizza. Both were delicious. Wood fired and thin crust. A great place to relax and chill. The prices are okay, not steep. Surely worth the place that it is. It's my most favourite among all the other places and cafes that I visited during my recent visit to Hudson Lane. BEST CAFE TO VISIT IN GTB NAGAR this was my first visit to spezia bistro and it was totally worth goin there. Soo i had ordered Garlic knots-5/5 honestly inwas not expecting this much good dish from them. It was super yummy served with salsa and there special made mayo on side. Chicken grilled pizza(pan baked)-5/5 this was also very freshly prepared pizza from there menu. I ordered pan baked. Pizza was sooo soft and fluffy and flavourful in ebery bite and Full of toppings. note- they have a very cute arcade gaming station to recall 90's kids with there childhood and its totally free of cost soo enjoy your visit OVERALL MY PERSONAL SUGGESTION TO VISIT THERE.

Ambience is just awesome. It has a swing also inside. If you wanna try some Italian food with Desi touch then this is the place for it. They also offers cheesilicious spaghetti made on cheese wheel. And they actually do it in front of you. So at here, you can assure that your dining experience will be amazing.

Garlic knots are worth trying. And the ambience is very good and mesmerizing. It is usually busy all day. Honey chilli potatoes were also delish. The price of mocktails is a bit higher as compared to the quality. It is located on the first floor.

I went to this place with My cousins..Contrary to our expectations food was par excellence .we ordered pan pizza, crust was finally baked and soft ..we loved it after that we had sizzler they were also nice ..we also ordered wheat chicken noodles which were quite a delicacy but we had one problem we wanted to order pitcher but they were not willing to serve citing the reason it's a busy hour(weird) and later on we found them serving pitcher to others..otherwise it's nice place we would love to visit this place again

Awesome! Must visit. The food, staff and ambience are excellent! Highly recommended. We had a very yummy lunch and the management also presented my Lil bro with a complimentary chocolate cigar in honor of his 27th birthday. We reached around 4 and stayed for over 2.5 hours. Tried the peach iced tea, pizza, chilly paneer, spring roll, momo sizzler, hazelnut mocha and brownie Sunday. The staff is courteous and helps in deciding the order as per one's taste. Great ambience for clicking pics as well. Overall a must visit for any age group. Will be visiting again.

I really like the passion with which the owner is running the cafe. It is really a very good place. Great food. Well dressed staff. It had all the requisite to visit that place again.

The food was good but service was slow, it was not even that it was crowded or something. The salad came in like after 15 minutes, then after 5 minutes we got 1 of the 2 drinks, after finishing salad, they presented our second dish but my drink was still missing. At last I got my drink and when we were waiting for out 3rd dish. My friend thought of asking that if it is going to take too much time, we would just cancel it instead. To our surprise the staff had not yet placed the order even. Had we not inquired about the order, we would have waited forever for the order that the staff did not even carry forward. I just wonder why it has such a high rating when they have such mismanagement and slow service when it is not even crowded.

Today I went with my fnds ordered there best sislar and found insect in the cabbage which was very hamful to the my life and cabbage insect is harmful to human brains but lucky I saw that and had a talk with their manager but he didn't accepted his mistake regarding this later he understood it , but fnds I am warning you plz care for yr health as these restaurant don't care yr health and serve u anything...

It has nice food with various varieties and it's owner has good taste and also good management skills and soft nature which makes this place better for people like me ��������

Its a very nice fine dining cafe. The staff and waiters are very polite. Everything we ordered was tasty. No complaints at all. The price is nominal. The ambience inside the cafe is also very nice. Service was a bit slow but there is no compromise on taste of food.

So i went there with my friend after checking the ratings on zomato.<br/>First of all Ambience is not that great.... But It's way above average.(comfortable seats and lighting).<br/>Staff is less but well behaved.<br/><br/>One thing that's new is that They take orders digitally by scanning a QR code on table. <br/><br/>Menu is very short. Many things missing...like a platter, stuffed mushrooms, deserts have only chocolate.<br/>Very few things are there which can surprise anyone.<br/><br/><br/>Coming to food. I felt the cost is little high for the portion size. <br/>I ordered Garlic cheese knots, which are basically Garlic bread but better than those you get in Dominos or pizza hut.<br/>For the first time i found that sushi could be vegetarian.<br/>It tasted okayish... like eating crunchy waffles with rice. Price definitely doesn't justify the dish.<br/>I also ordered veg tascona(something like that)<br/>It was mexican rice topped with vegetables and baked with cheese like a lasgana.<br/>That dish took 30 minutes to be prepared.<br/>This was the only dish...that i was enjoying but a fly fell into that.<br/>I asked waiter about it and he took it away.<br/><br/>It really crushed the mood.<br/>They didn't add it into the bill but I would have really appreciate if the manager has provided anything as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience caused. <br/>We are spending so much money for the Ambience, cleaniness and comfort. As location is near to north campus of university of Delhi, can be a good option for students. But parking is a big problem there. I ordered there Greek salad, Chilly Indiana sushi and crunchy yasai sushi, taste was up to the mark. They keep check on hygiene. I found ambiance serene. But price is bit high. Staff was also courteous.

Visited this place situated in the heart of the famous Hudson lane of GTB Nagar. The very first thing I liked about this place was the hygiene and social distancing followed here. They have a virtual menu and complete sanitization process inside cafe. <br/>The food there was really awesome. Special dimsums, Alfredo pasta, chilli garlic noodles, chilli chicken... We were attended by Mr. Armaan and he was very courteous and helpful. Every dish there was awesome and tasty. A must visit place in this situation of lockdown for a great time...

This a wonderful cafe. To start with,the ambiance was beautiful with all the lights.Theh had great options into the menu. The staff was so friendly and cooperative. The manager was handling everything very nicely and paying attention to each customer separately. We ordered watermelon mojito, hazelnut cold coffee, butter chicken pizza, chicken alfredo pasta and chilly chicken dimsums (which they suggested us to order). They even gave us complementary dessert. Everything was just so delicious. I will definitely visit this cafe again and recommend everyone to try it.

Since the pandemic started, this was my first visit after 5 months to Spezia Bistro GTB nagar! I must say they are following all preventive measures to ensure safety! The cutlery is all packed in a brown paper bag and staff is maintaining the distance using the mask and gloves all the time. It’s safe to visit this place !

Spezia Bistro is my all time favourite cafe. Everything in the menu is delicious. I have tried all types of veg pizza here. All of them are super delicious. Momo sizzler, pink sauce pasta, white sauce pasta and Red sauce pasta are some of the best dishes here. Beverages and desserts are also amazing. This place is definitely worth a visit. This place is situated in the famous lanes of GTB nagar. It's a great place to have variety of food with a wide options of pasta, pizza, fries, mocktails and deserts. I have visited this place quite a few time and do like to order Peri peri fries which comes along with dip. Paneer tikka pizza is good, you can have Mojito and also some of their special drinks like Cucumber mango mocktail which was so refreshing and different. And the brownie with ice cream is a delicious ending.

Pasta: have tried the wheel cheese pasta, didn't find it that amazing. Though it's a good experience. So....first of all 5/5 Rating. This was my 3rd time to Spezia and again it was amazing. We ordered Veg Cheese Burst Pizza and it was really good. I should say a must try for Spezia Pizza. Chicken Tempura Sushi was also good with an amazing taste. Apart from food, Watermelon Mojito is also a must try drink as it was really refreshing with an original taste of watermelon. Yesterday i went to spezia bistro, it has pretty nice ambience. There we tried there cheese burst pizza, white sauce spaghetti, macho nachos combo & all were too delicious. There cheese burst pizza is a must try. We also had hot chocolate, oreo shake, choco brownie shake, black current shake. All were too good.

After hearing about all the buzz for this place, I finally decided to give it a try. My decision to try some amazing delicacies at this beautiful cafe was not at all disappointing. Ok so i came here with my friends and this place has lots of goods to talk about but first lets talk about the what we ordered- so we ordered many stuff including alfredo pasta, mixed sauce pasta, cheese burst pizza, paneer makhni pizza, mexican veg pizza, cheesy nachos, chicken burger, veg burger and much more stuff, simply put we liked almost everything except the mexican pizza and mixed sauce pasta, don't get me wrong it was good but not upto the mark. Other than food the ambience was amazing, pretty spacious good enough for 10 people. Also the drinks were good except peanut butter. Service was amazing but when people started crowding the place we started getting ignored :/ otherwise Loved this restaurant !

This place is best for having some amazing food in Delhi, especially Italian food. I visited this place recently with some of my friends and tried a lot of stuff. Tallking about the best things there cheese wheel pasta is absolutely amazing and one should definitely try that if ever been to this place. All their watermelon mojito is a must have with the Oreo shake they serve in the beautiful flowerpot shape glass. Also had a spaghetti pasta which was really yummy. The pasta was lil spicy as I liked it with the flavour of tomato and chillies. They do have garlic nuggets which are a must have - also the place serves some really good pizza with great toppings.<br/><br/>Already a fan of this place with the wonderful meal.

Visited this place recently and  had ordered cheese burst pizza , pan biryani and sizzler.<br/>All the items were very delicious and the quantity was good as well.  Cheese burst pizza was the best , it was cheesey and delecious . Momo sizzler was amazing too. Pan biryani was smthng different i tried . This place is awesome with really beautiful and catchy decor.<br/><br/>Also had Oreo shake whose presentation as a plant was awesome.<br/><br/>Water melon mojito also had an awesome presentation!! Must visit place!!

Good Place to visit with friends. Recently I visited here with my friends . We had Honey chilli potato, watermelon mojito, noodles and paneer Pizza.<br/>Pizza was the best and a must try.

Visited this amazing place called "Spezia" in GTB Nagar.<br/>The ambiance here is so lively and they have so much of artistic work done on the walls.<br/>Its just the perfect place to go with your friends and chill.<br/><br/>Their menu is just loaded with delicious food items.<br/>Here are some of the things that we ordered:<br/><br/>1. Macho Nacho Combo: A combination of nacho, onion rings and fries served with chesse toppings. Amazing Taste.<br/>2. Sushi with a Twist: Sushi with Panner inside and sauce on the outside. Also delicious.<br/>3. Cheese Burst Pizza: We had two pizza's, one was makhani paneer and the other one was farmhouse cheese burst. Both were really really delicious and loaded with cheese.<br/>4. Thai Chilli Basil Noodles: These noodles were a little on the spicier side.<br/>5. Momo Sizzler: Momo Sizzler has 6 Big momop pieces with noodles and spring roll.<br/>6. Dessert Platter: This platter had 5, very tasty and unique desserts.<br/>7. Cheese Wheel Pasta: And Cheese wheel pasta was the star of the shop. Here the pasta is put on a cheese wheel, so you get the taste of cheese. Very Very delicious.<br/>8. Watermelon Mojito: Served in a half-cut watermelon. Very good presentation.<br/>9. Blue Berry Mojito: Refreshing and had some blue berries at the bottom.<br/>10. Oreo Shake: Very very tasty. Served in a small pot like container. Looks like a plant.<br/>11. KitKat Shake: Again very thick shake loaded with kitkats.<br/><br/>All the items here were very very tasty and delicious. Do give this place a try with your friends and family.<br/>We totaaly enjoyed the food here.<br/>Amazing experience.

Last saturday i visit spezia bistro with my friends. spezia bistro is one of the oldest place in hudson place market area and every person loved this place. Spezia are famous for food experiments and their Cheesy pasta and Pizza. Spezia has our heart since day 1. One of the best places in Hudson. Their pizzas are love. Full of cheese. Their cheese wheel pasta is to die for. The tastiest in town. For sure. We ordered their basil noodles too. The taste and spice was so good. Loved it, totally. The shakes here are so thick and tasty. The oreo shake was such a bliss. Loved every bit of it. They have a huge nacho macho dish. Which was delicious. Coming to the desert. I loved the bannofee. It was super delicious. A must, must try place.

This place is good for hangout for frnds but surely not for dates, their price are affordable.<br/>I have first time experienced such a good pizza base and will never recommend their strawberry mojito.

Went to this cafe in Hudson as I've heard a lot about this place.<br/>We ordered a platter which had nachos,onion rings loaded with cheese and various topping and i really liked that , also the quantity was way too much.<br/>In drinks we had watermelon mojito which was okayish.

Must try chocolate mount ball.

If you are thinking of visiting Hudson Lane and looking for a good cafe then this is the place for you. This was on our wishlist for a very long time. We had heard so much about it from our friends that visiting it was now a compulsion.<br/>Spezia has got some really crazy vibe. The whole spirit of the cafe is lit. Also the staff knows their dishes quite well which is hard to find in cafes and restaurants.<br/><br/>We started off with Watermelon Mojito. We liked the presentation as it was served in a carved watermelon.<br/><br/>Then we moved on to Chicken wings in lemon pepper sauce. There were with choupsey noodles on top. The wings were so well marinated. They tasted out of this world. It took us a couple of minutes to vanish them.<br/>Then we had Mexican Treasure Pizza: This was extremely cheesy and topped with loads of veggies like onion, capsicum, corn, tomato and what not. Really enjoyed having this!<br/>We also had Chicken and Water Chestnut Crystal Dimsums: They were so very good. There dimsums just raised the bar really high for dimsums at other cafes.<br/><br/>In desserts we hogged on Chocolate Triffle pastry, so basically it was three layers of chocolate and brownie at the base. The pastry was delectable and really heavy.<br/><br/>This place deserves nothing but full marks as they treat their customers in the best way possible.

Tandoori chicken pizza was very tasty , the base was very soft and perfect crunch for a yumilicious pizza . Would love to fo back again and try new dishes .

i just loved this place. the theme of this cafe is so good. i tried there burger it was so good. and some chesse nachos chat its also so good and tasty . after that i ordered thick shakes also . its so perfect and good . the food was so delcious in terms of flavours. after that my favourite part of th food . the dessert . it was best ever i had everything was good. the hygine quality was good. they helped me to choose best dishes in the menu. and the provide good food with very great presenation. in very reasonable prices . visit soon again

Looking for amazing good then your wait is over. The spezia bistro cafe in Hudson lane offers extraordinary food. The aura of this place is very good plus the lighting and the infrastructure is purely magical. On the staff recommendation ordered Their CHEESE BURST PIZZA which So cheesy and delicious, a must try! <br/>The PEACH BLUEBERRY MOJITO was very creative and unique both in taste and presentation and the strawberry and chocolate shake won my heart the flavours were amazing.<br/>also tried their PERI PERI CHICKEN served with rice and some saute vegetables. It is a good option for lunch but it will not satisfy the hunger of one person as the quantity of food was way too less. <br/>Heard a lot about their dessert but Won't be able to ordered it because of lack of time but will visit this place again for the dessert specially!!❤️

This place was bookmarked a long ago by me and finally I got to visit this place and I am really glad I did From the lively environment to delectable food it was all phenomenal I'll definitely recommend this place for a pacifying meal.

With Bistro and Cafes mushrooming in GTB Nagar, - This place turned out to be a surprise and upscale on standard to serve as well as the management was prompt and made feel undeniably humbled.<br/><br/>We started with our first dish being Mushroom and Cheese Crumbs , which were serves uniquely on a stick holding on a potato, and served with 2 sauces- salsa being my favorite. It would be my personal recommendation to try this as a starter and then proceed further with any main course.<br/><br/>We had also ordered a mini Brownie shake and Pomegranate & Malta Mojito,<br/>- Brownie shake here is quite refreshing and would be a perfect drink with any meal you order.<br/>- Pomegranate is although not prefered by everyone, but a Mojito fan must try the same.<br/><br/>Later continuing with the Famous Sizzler, we ordered the Momos Sizler, which is served in a sour and spicy sauce with Rice and some Fries along with it. For people who dont prefer too sour and spicy , like me, may request the same to be taken a notch down, which was incredibly done by the chef, and amazingly understood by the the server Mr. Alam<br/><br/>As the drinks ended, we didn't stop ourselves and ordered another drink -Blue Berry Pie Shake, although it was new in the menu, but the essence of the Blueberry was such that'll make you nostalgic. the shake was soo thick and perfectly smooth as well, that it wont give you a brain freeze but make you savor every sip of it.<br/><br/>In the end with almost full appetite, we ordered our last meal to be the Wheat Thai Noodles, Which were flat noodles tossed in Schezwan Sauce, with some garnishing done with peanuts onion and basil leaves. They are doing a great job, a special mention about Mr. Kumar, he will great you there and will suggest some of the specials of Spezia Bistro and I tell you, whatever he suggests is actually the best thing to have at Spezia Bistro, so go by his words! <br/>1. Penne Arrabiata- one of the best I have tasted, sauce was really flavourful and had amazing chilly and tangy taste, pasta was well cooked and the garlic bread was good. <br/>2. Chilli Garlic Noodles- just the right kind of noodles, there are many variants to choose from <br/>3. Say Cheeseeee- this is new in their menu, it’s sooo good that you would always ask for it once you have tried it, when it is served, it’s a sight to behold, it’s so cheesy as it is tossed on a cheese wheel. It’s the best white sauce pasta that anyone would ever have. Must try at least once. It’s very rich and creamy. <br/>4. Kiwi and blueberry Soda- very cool and relaxing, kiwi Soda is the best, these are very fresh. <br/>5. 4 cheese pizza- one of the best pizza that they have. It has all 4 types of cheese in it and that’s what makes it super cheesy and tasty. Go for pan base for even better taste. <br/>6. OTC Pizza- the classic onion tomato and capsicum pizza. It’s a classic and all time favourite. There are many varieties of pizza to choose from. <br/>7. Chocolate Shake- very tasty and chocolaty. <br/>8. Road Rocky Brownie Shake- this is the best from all the shakes that they have, it’s has nuts and pieces of brownies in it. It’s served in a pot which makes it look very beautiful. <br/><br/>Quantity of each of these items was quite fulfilling and quality was on point. Ambience is good, environment is calm and staff is very polite and suggestive, they suggest items from the menu, go by their suggestions.
