Awesome! Must visit. The food, staff and ambience are excellent! Highly recommended. We had a very yummy lunch and the management also presented my Lil bro with a complimentary chocolate cigar in honor of his 27th birthday. We reached around 4 and stayed for over 2.5 hours. Tried the peach iced tea, pizza, chilly paneer, spring roll, momo sizzler, hazelnut mocha and brownie Sunday. The staff is courteous and helps in deciding the order as per one's taste. Great ambience for clicking pics as well. Overall a must visit for any age group. Will be visiting again.
I really like the passion with which the owner is running the cafe. It is really a very good place. Great food. Well dressed staff. It had all the requisite to visit that place again.
Spezia bistro is a nice place for birthday celebrations. The food tastes good but some dishes are overpriced.

Even though the portion size is small but its enough for two people..if you go in a group then you might need to order more items to fullfil your hunger. Otherwise just amazing!
Their nacho macho combo is just lovely! The ambience is great. The staff is very polite. Their whole wheat thai noodles are awesome too
As location is near to north campus of university of Delhi, can be a good option for students. But parking is a big problem there. I ordered there Greek salad, Chilly Indiana sushi and crunchy yasai sushi, taste was up to the mark. They keep check on hygiene. I found ambiance serene. But price is bit high. Staff was also courteous.
We ordered a veg burger and veg lasagna. Great taste, affordable prices. Location is also good. Hygiene was taken care.

Visited this place situated in the heart of the famous Hudson lane of GTB Nagar. The very first thing I liked about this place was the hygiene and social distancing followed here. They have a virtual menu and complete sanitization process inside cafe.
The food there was really awesome. Special dimsums, Alfredo pasta, chilli garlic noodles, chilli chicken... We were attended by Mr. Armaan and he was very courteous and helpful. Every dish there was awesome and tasty. A must visit place in this situation of lockdown for a great time...
This a wonderful cafe. To start with,the ambiance was beautiful with all the lights.Theh had great options into the menu. The staff was so friendly and cooperative. The manager was handling everything very nicely and paying attention to each customer separately. We ordered watermelon mojito, hazelnut cold coffee, butter chicken pizza, chicken alfredo pasta and chilly chicken dimsums (which they suggested us to order). They even gave us complementary dessert. Everything was just so delicious. I will definitely visit this cafe again and recommend everyone to try it.
My all tym goo place, their place is really soo aamazing, with such a reasonable prices, i really love their food, their wAy of presentation is just up to the markk, if you are a foodie and a blogger, you should definitely try this place outt.

This is an awesome place. I had been to both Noida and GTB Nagar restaurants, both are amazing. In vegetarian, I love the garlic knots and cottage cheese tocsana. I had dry munchurian and macho nacho combo during my first visit. Staff is courteous too. Food takes some time to prepare but it's worth it and not much delay.
Overall, totally love this place and fully recommend Spezia Bistro.
Great feeling has you step in, the greenery is a welcome sign. Don't give this spezia bistro a miss, if you are in Hudson Lane. It's very very good. I just loved the ambience. The staff is polite, the service is good and the pizza, Garlic knots, veg sizzlers, watermelon mojitos are amazing. We had their classic margarita and mushroom pizza. Both were delicious. Wood fired and thin crust. A great place to relax and chill. The prices are okay, not steep. Surely worth the place that it is. It's my most favourite among all the other places and cafes that I visited during my recent visit to Hudson Lane.

this was my first visit to spezia bistro and it was totally worth goin there. Soo i had ordered
Garlic knots-5/5 honestly inwas not expecting this much good dish from them. It was super yummy served with salsa and there special made mayo on side.
Chicken grilled pizza(pan baked)-5/5 this was also very freshly prepared pizza from there menu. I ordered pan baked. Pizza was sooo soft and fluffy and flavourful in ebery bite and Full of toppings.
note- they have a very cute arcade gaming station to recall 90's kids with there childhood and its totally free of cost soo enjoy your visit
OVERALL MY PERSONAL SUGGESTION TO VISIT THERE.
Ambience is just awesome.
It has a swing also inside. If you wanna try some Italian food with Desi touch then this is the place for it.
They also offers cheesilicious spaghetti made on cheese wheel. And they actually do it in front of you.
So at here, you can assure that your dining experience will be amazing.

Garlic knots are worth trying. And the ambience is very good and mesmerizing. It is usually busy all day. Honey chilli potatoes were also delish. The price of mocktails is a bit higher as compared to the quality. It is located on the first floor.
