June 2022. Visited Creo (coffee shop /restaurant) first late afternoon for coffee and snacks and then followed up with another visit for dinner with family and friends. Being a Monday - it was comparatively less crowded than other days. Business travelers are noticeable at the hotel and at the restaurant. On a bad day, they can potentially ruin your dinner plans with friends and family. However, it was also good to see foreigners at the hotel. The food was nothing great to write about - however, it wasn't bad either and add to that a decent spread and decent service - it all adds up to a 4 stars for this time around. The best part of the visit is the Mango Rasmalai. Simply awesome. A creative chef at its best...

Well what can I say. It's a 5 star hotel so everything has to be 5 star. We went to Creo and it is a great fine dining. Just that the service can be improved. Had to wait a long time and then had to approach staff personally to cater to us.

Simply amazing .. the food was super delicious and perfect . Ambience was okeyish. The entire hotel was decorated for Christmas. It was so so beautiful. We tried fish and chips , pesto spaghetti, and coffee. All the things were perfectly made . Coffee was served hot with complimentary cookies, which were awesome. I highly recommend Creo.

Had a New Year Brunch at Creo. Do expect the Taj experience and you will not be disappointed. Credits to our server Mr Sandeep for the special dessert treat. Buffet spread was also exquisite.

Amazing and lavish buffet breakfast with plenty to choose from. Lots of tailored breakfast items can be ordered. The masala tea was mind-blowing. Had a very good breakfast experience. The staff over there is also very helpful and courteous.

Creo lures you with a nice ambience, spacious seating, a good spread and warm service! My favourite place to relax and unwind with good food. Staff out here is very attentive to your need and goes out of the way to look after you. You have both option available here buffet and al carte. Live counter cater for your special needs. Food becomes tastier and yummy when there is ambience to go along with it. Beyond the food the ambience is one of the most appreciating aspect of CREO. Along with that the live song in the background which perfectly selected tuned and pitched to makes it so super. Taj is known for its customer service hence you can bet the same here.

Creo restaurant and the buffet is excellent.. Staff especially Rishabh was very nice and helpful.

Had wonderful buffet at Vivanta,great hospitality and what made it memorable and amazing was Nishant and Shivam from Restaurant Cero .Nishant was extremely humble,police and always on his toes to deliver best services.Before we could ask for anything,he made sure it was ready.These 5 * stars for the restaurant is only for its courteous and going extra mile employee Nishant.
