I was here this past weekend. It was my first visit, went in with no expectations, was simply keen to explore the jazz scene in delhi.
Let me start by saying, I wasn't disappointed. things I really liked - the music , old fashioned, avocado toast platter and the decor(it's warm and cozy). Havin been away for so long i feel I don't know my own city well enough anymore so each trip is an expedition and a discovery mission,to get reacquainted. I'd just say this- Piano Man is a city jewel; even in its infancy it's made remarkable strides in bringing world music to the city. Happy you're here. Will be back for more and some cortado ;)

The piano man is not just a venue. It's a place that has brought together the musician community and music lovers in a beautiful and untangible way. Every time i've been there i've got a feeling of being transported into another world and since my life pretty much revolves around music, it's nothing short of pure comfort for me and many of my friends. all it takes is an evening of sitting on those circular stairs with your eyes closed, swayed to a bunch of talented people feeling at home with their music. To see how people are building agenda against it just incomprehensibly saddens me. They're NOT casteist. For crying out loud, whatever happened to artistic freedom of speech? These guys just try to give a platform to every upcoming musician like no other venue does and As someone who runs another music oriented venue in the city, i could not be more sympathetic towards what The owners are going through with this unprecedented and unfair public malice. My prayers and wishes are with them in this tough time and don't worry guys, the Delhi musician community stands behind you in full force.

Loved the concept, it was a wow feeling, seem like attending a live concert, when you sit around like an auditorium and music is played in the middle, what a way to spend an evening with friends and family, also the food and drinks were quite amazing, must say visit this place if some one has not been to piano man yet
Nice cosy place in safdarjung with lot of drink and cocktail options. The food menu is not so wide. We just tried the French fries which were too good. Staff is warm and service is quick too. The best cocktails to try are mint julep, bee's knees, whiskey sour and pot. The place is a must visit if you want to enjoy a nice evening with live music.

The ambiance and food of the place are on point. A serene place for some good music in the amits of the chaos of Delhi. Mr. Sanjay was amazing with his service and always had a pleasing smile on his face.

29th Feb is the extra day in the year and yet a special day for us as it is our daughter's bday. Being a music loving family, we decided to spend our evening there with friends and family. Must tell you folks, it is a go to place be an occasion or not if you are a music aficionado and at the same time appreciate good food and drinks. Loved the service, hospitality, ambience and like minded surround... We had super fun and host Rahul Khurana, Suresh were sure a friendly lot of people making our evening special.

The Piano Man Jazz Club is a squeezed place in Safdarjung and I would definitely not recommend couples who want to spend intimate dinner there. Though the name suggests it’s a club but it’s not the conventional club that you are looking for nor it suffices to a proper restaurant. It’s most likely between a pub and a restaurant. Having said that, the size of the place cannot fool you the enormity of food that it has to offer.
I had the luxury of spending a beautiful dinner night here with a band that is unknown to me and it was up to my expectations.
Since it was my first visit here I was initially skeptical and to my surprises it didn’t fail to disappoint me. I have to talk about the most amazing dining experience I had here which is the food. It was a surreal experience for me. I am deeply obliged to thank the chef’s whose hands are no less than that of the artisans.
Now that I’ve addressed the good snippets of this place I am somewhat critical of few things where I think it missed out a star from my end.
Firstly, I had a prior Zomato Gold booking and despite that I had to pay an additional fee for the live show which I was not aware of nor it was mentioned in their bookings on Zomato. It was an odd experience and I felt if they would’ve notified me earlier it would’ve been great.
Second, despite having a table booking for two I was shocked to see that I was given a tiny table where we barely could keep things. So, I definitely think prior booking does not work and it’s always advisable to call them earlier.
Third, the server was annoyingly sloppy while asking for drinks and refills. I understand the wait for the food but drinks was something that you do not want to wait for 10 minutes or more. So, understaffed might be an issue here.
Fourth, they lacked a proper bar menu and most of the drinks that you want to order aren’t available. They don’t have great beer options so make sure you get buzzed before going in there.
And the final problem is their exorbitant prices. If you are planning for a dinner experience with drinks make sure you have more than 7k with you. The service charge and alcohol service charge with GST is going to drill heavily on your pocket.
I hope to visit here again.
Food was lovely but it's the same at most places the atmosphere was not what you get everywhere. IT WAS ELECTRIFYING....woah!!! Absolute beauty... the jazz was fantastic... crowd was involving and for a mumbaite like me .. welcoming
If you want to experience the old school pub vibe with Live music, thisbis your place. We went on a dinner date and were charged ₹500/- per person as ticket for the band that was playing that night. We had 3 drinks, 4 food items and that costed us ₹6000/- It is a lill on the pricey side I must say, the LIVE band was really good and you are basically paying that much for the vibe. The safdurjung one has a limited seating option so make sure if you are planning a dinner date, arrive 10 mins prior to your reservation. And grab a seat and don't let it go😂 The management can kick you out if you are only there having dinner and havent paid for the LIVE band tickets.
I had a great time at Piano Man Jazz Club. The live band from Argentina was fantastic, but the place was a bit overcrowded. The prices were reasonable, and I only wish they had a larger space to accommodate the crowd better.
The vibes here are immaculate. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys live music, great vibes, and even better service. Jazz / Blues / Folk / Pop / Rock - get your fill here. My favorite spot in all of Delhi.
Pro tip: buy your tickets ahead of time and get here 45 min before show time.
An absolute must visit. The food, the service, the ambience and of course the Jazz, each and every aspect makes you want to stay for more time. The band 'Wet Volumes' was performing while I visited, the whole club thoroughly enjoyed their presence. A complete worthwhile experience.
I went their for lunch. Cozy ambience, the singer was exceptionally talented. I felt I was on a date with my wife. Music and ambience was so soothing. Loved it.
Very nice place for Jazz & Blue music and for good cocktails lovers. They also have great bands every weekend with upbeat and nice music. Good vibes all-around.

Absolutely loved it. It was my husband’s first time to Delhi and second time to India. We love going to music events in different places in Switzerland and other places but the jazz live music that we attended was next level. The drinks and food is spectacular.
