Excellent Food & Great Presentation !! Always Looking Fowd to it .... Must Say they have kept it simple & bag of flavours 👍..
The best Dessert in Delhi !
Almond strawberry torte wins hands down .
The Quiche Lorraine tasted exactly as it did 25 years ago at the original branch. the Belgian Chocolate Mousse with Fresh Strawberries was yum and a perfect way to round off our meal :))
A charming restaurant with top notch service and absolutely delicious meals, fresh and flavourful. One of the few ‘quiet’ places you would want to sit, relax and have great conversations.
New location in Sundernagar but Basil & Thyme is still as good as it was in its Santushti Avatar. The Chicken Liver Paté is easily the best in town as is their Burrata. Overall the food here has a freshness which is lacking in a lot of the fancier bistros which have popped up all over this side of town. A big plus is the quiet market it’s located in and the place has a simple clean cut no frills sort of feel. Glad I went there and a special mention for their ginger squash, everything that was there at the old Basil & Thyme is there and a lot more. The service is attentive and the Wine List is good. Great place to go and chat over a good meal.
This is a really calm place. Very Clean. The food is super good. Though the menu is limited, the food is exquisite. Service is also very good. The waiters are polite and helpful.
This restaurant has been my favorite since forever! They earlier had an outlet near Samrat Hotel & shifted to Sunder Nagar a few years back. The food is amazing. Bit expensive but the quality & taste of food justifies the price. Service smacks of eye-for-detail. The staff is quite attentive. Must visit when in Delhi !
I would count this place amongst the top 5 continental restaurants in Delhi NCR. Great food with which they are hugely consistent. Just about everything on the menu is great. The neat and simple decor and owners who personally oversee the operations adds to a great experience.
Nice and quiet, because there's not much else to see in the market. Love the elegant, white and gold theme and the attentive-but-not-nosy service. Would have gone with five if it weren't for some letdowns on the food end of things. Both the lasagna and the risotto were a bit overcooked (no bite to the rice or the noodles) and somewhat sloppy. But the pork belly and the lamb were both first class. Definitely worth it if you're looking for some comforting mild fare.
Great place for a light dinner. We started with with the Spinach, Thyme Pita Triangles then moved onto The Mushroom & Ricotta Ravioli which is nice and light. The Chicken & Mushroom Filo has lots of chicken.

This beautiful restaurant is owned by a old Oberoi hand Sunil Chandra and his super-efficient wife Erna. Basil & Thyme had been my favorite for a very long time in its old location at Santushti but my first time after it moved to Sundar Nagar.
This is a great restaurant also well known for its Pate.
Plan a visit soon if not already done it.
One of the best places for continental food in Delhi. White table cloth laden tables, well trained waiters and a limited menu makes for a very pleasing experience. The John Dory, the Boscaiola pasta and chocolate pate are highly recommended.
What a de light ful and charming place. The cream missed interior blends graciously with the spirit of pervasive peace and easy epicurianism. Great service and outsanding taste and presentation. Wow!
A place to have dinner with peace and joy. hygiene restaurant. Very happy to recommend.
One of the best services with amazing compilation..I love it..I will suggest you to feel it and enjoy the food
I love Basil and Thyme and ate there numerous times during my 3 week stay in Sundar Nagar. Everything about Basil and Thyme is so appealing! It's been almost 2 years since I was there. I hope to get to Delhi again and will certainly dine at Basil and Thyme first chance I get! All the best to staff and owner.
Excellent restaurant located in Sunder Nagar Delhi. Good variety on menue. Appetizers/soups/main courses sumptuous. Do try carrot and orange soup. Veg non veg options available. Staff efficient..good service. Prices bit high but offer value for money. All types of cards accepted. Parking can be an issue. Capacity limited. Worth a visit.
I love everything about Basil & Thyme! The bright interior, the menu, the waiters and the owners. I would eat a meal there every day if I lived next door. This is my kind of food - tasty, attractive, uncluttered, & elegantly served. I have been a customer since Basil & Thyme opened at Santushti. Keep going guys!
It's a cute little outlet in quite and upmarket of Sunder nagar with simple yet nice and serene interior. Have enjoyed their tea and tiramisu. Menu is quite elaborate and Italian cuisine is my favourite so would love to try out many dishes.
Cosy. Excellent food, wine and very courteous service. A must if you enjoy good continental food. This was my first time in Sundar nagar market. Earlier I had lunched at their Santushti outlet. Awesome food always.
Good & tasty food with cold beer as well as wine. Ambiance of a bistro. Enjoyed our anniversary dinner with the family. Will try more dishes next time.
A nice serene place. Though you can expect some attitude from the waiters who are perhaps used to diplomats and Uber rich people coming by but if you can ignore them then a place worth visiting at least once for the food.
