No one knows cakes better than oberoi patisserie.We have been their cake fan from couple of years, missed them when they were closed for renovation.
Made visit yesterday - hotel is spic nd span clean nd their sanitisation starts right at entrance.Car wheels were sprayed with disinfectant,security was wearing gloves, mask nd face shields.
Hotel lobby entrance - they don't forget to inform their luggage trays are well sanitised, they disinfect your bag/purse.Door is fully automated so no touching required.
Once we were in patisserie - each staff was wearing mask, gloves nd face shields.
We had coffee with blueberry muffin nd chicken puff while they were getting our packing order sorted with cake.
Delicious coffee with very yummy cookies, muffin was melting soft nd puff was amazing.
Cake was as always amazing.
It is always a great idea to go here for coffee although this time it was after a long gap due to hotel renovation yet nothing has changed. The food and drinks were still amazing as well as the service, of course!

So after a long time i visited the Oberoi's and my main motive was for a quick bite . So rather than the usual visit to 360° we decided to go to the Patisserie which is located one level below the lobby. Once you make it there it's a quint place with few seats and loads of baked goods . Not just that one can buy meats and other food items of they want to . So we went there for 2 Milkshakes , a sandwich and a pastry . Didn't get the cake as they didn't have the one I wanted but other options were there . So for the Milkshakes we had the Coffee and Hazelnut and a classic Chocolate one . Both were very nice , pretty thick and very flavorful . Then the sandwich , we chose the Salmon with Cucumber and Cream Cheese . It was just way too delicious with loaded Salmon and a generous amount of cream cheese too. The cucumber was the perfect element of freshness to the sandwich with thin slices of it . For the pastry we chose the Belgian Chocolate Pastry which was just amazing . A very delicate piece of Pastry with a raspberry cracker on top of it and a small dollop of Belgian chocolate too. It was just amazing , perfect end to the meal. But this doesn't come cheap our bill was around 2500 but I would say it's not too much for what we had and for the amazing ambience too.
Had an amazing time, loved the cakes. Everytime I buy from here. Amazing place. I had coffee here which is a must try and the way they serve is Perfecto.
To reach to The Oberoi pâtisserie and Delicatessen one has to take the beautiful glass stairs , the coffee shop offers a wide range of pastries, cakes, viennes, sandwiches, breads & the list goes on ...
Extremely polite and helpful staff make the whole experience even better , always worth to take the stairs!

I have great memories of this place from interning here back in 2009. Having been in the kitchens I know the care and attention which goes into the food served. I looked forward to visiting this patisserie after the hotel’s re-opening.
We ordered a custom gluten-free sandwich, chocolate croissant (pain au chocolat), olives, hot chocolate, cherry & marzipan cake, and a couple of cold pressed juices.
Unfortunately the almond croissant and one juice we asked for originally were not available. Also my mother was not given a napkin with her dish although there were two of us. Small details which the Oberoi is known for, so I think a little more effort in making sure service is up to par is required.
The hot chocolate is excellent. It’s the best we have had in the world. The other stand-out dishes were the cherry & marzipan cake and (believe it or not) olives which were very fresh. Solid four star experience overall.

Had cakes from here during our stay at Oberoi, it was really tasty and amazing. The cafe looks nice and has a lot of items. Would definitely recommend. Cost wise also it is not so high and definitely worth it.

We were served a stale smoked chicken sandwich. Looked too dead and it was really stale. We did ask to customise with some veggies and that was also not done. Bad experience and will never want anyone to suffer on their stomach to pay such fancy prices and get stale food in return. I want someone to take this matter seriously. We did give a feedback at the restaurant too

The best cakes in town. Delicately sweetened, so their flavours can come through. Controlled lashings of cream, so it's taste recedes into the background. Sensational mango cake and a heavenly Tiramisu, both of which are best eaten fresh to beat the adverse June weather. Not cheap, but excellence doesn't come easy.

Great place, for your sweet carvings. Various Dessert and other options are available along with savouries. Loved the place .
