Thali is basically known as VEDIC THALI
It contains items like amla , tusi, haldi , bharangi , mulethi , etc and all these items is getting used in food preparation.
Note:- after talking to them i came to know that all these food is getting prepared old style in clay pots. Which beings a different level of taste which can blow your mind.
Which is really delicious as well and interesting part is that you can't even finish that thali alone 🤭
And the best part of this meal is the chawanparash icecream i love that

Great experience. Loved the food, nice ambience and nice instrumental music. Perfect for dates. Colonial ambience. Modi 56 inch thali was great. Though the quality can be improved a bit, but quantity can easily be sufficient enough for 4 people.

We had a great time at Ardor 2.1, food was really good and Ambience is really great, we had Vedic thali which was full of Immunity boosting Ingredients.
Vedic thali is all made up Healthy ingredients and Vedic style of cooking method.
Chilly chicken and chicken tikka pizza was also Delicious in taste.

Had heard a lot about this place and finally got a chance to visit them. I had tried the Vedic thaali, which I would say is one of the best initiatives taken by them during these times of corona. The thaali has all the healthy ingredients and is totally pure. It is actually made as a immunity booster thaali. In starters I had tried chilly chicken and chilly Paneer. Both the starters were authentic in taste. Chicken was fresh and well prepared . I tried the mocktail too. Mint masala mocktail was good in taste and absolutely fresh. Overall I would rate it 5. And planning to visit again very soon.
I wanted to have experience of this restaurant as i have heard alot about their special thalis, so i went here yesterday with my friends.
The ambience was pleasant and the one thing they did special was they placed sheilds in between of two tables for social distancing.
So we had their immunity booster thali , which was having ingredients which helps to boost immunity and all the items were healthy too.
Ather than that we had pasta , kaju ki tikki , chilli chicken , chicken noodles and mocktails.
I would like to give 5/5 as the food was of five star quality.

I had recently visited Ardor Situated at Connaught place New Delhi with my whole family and our menu was :-
1.) VEDIC THALI (x2)
2.) Noodles
3.) Paneer tikka pizza
4.) Margherita pizza
5.) Kabab
6.) Smoothie and mocktails
7.) White sauce pasta
8.) Honey chilli potatoes
9.) Manchurian
About the food :-
All the dishes are very good in taste Vedic thali is full of nutrition because their are so many immunity boosting ingredients are used like Haldi , Amla , Tulsi , Bharangi , Mulethi , and many more..
Not just ingredients , but this thali has been more safe and healthy by preparing it in clay pots , the traditional method of cooking , which makes the food so digestive that all of it will be digested in not more than 3-4 hours ....
And To ensure more safety they are giving flavourless Kadda(immunity booster) with the thali which is a very good step for this pandemic...!

Adjacent to very renown franchises like Taco Bell & Starbucks.
If you are travelling from Public Transport aka Metro, Take an exit from Gate no-5 of Rajeev Chowk Metro Station.
▪️Ambience: You will fall in love with the ambience. Vibrant and Colourful interior & Colourful floral Printed Chairs. Thoughtful paintings on the wall.
The only minus point was music (I felt that the music a lil bit loud) though they were playing only instrumental musics.
▪️Staffs: Very humble and Polite. They really wanted to satisfy us with their service. Quick response to your queries.
Service was also fast.

Recently they have launched “SATVIK THALI” The Main purpose of this Satvik food is to boost our immune system without compromising with taste.
