The only thing which needs to be taken care of is the service which is a little slow but the good food cover
Love the cleanliness. Food quality also good. Must check out this restaurant and unique taste of the Bengali Non-veg food with very different dishes. I feel it's a bit expensive, not for regular food taking. Must try once.
The food is absolute amazing and authentic! A little improvement is expected towards prompt service of the waiters. Also I personally felt the price to be a little expensive for the portion served. Overall the experience was good.
We ordered a couple of items off the menu For starters we got the fish fry and hing kochuri with Cholar daal the items were freshly made and tasted good but the hing kochuri lacked a bit of the kick from “hing”. Then we ordered the bashonti polao and Daak bungalow mutton. The mutton was tender and
The food was delicious. I ordered polao, mutton dakbunglow, and dab chingri. The dab chingri was superb, but they added sorshe (mustard) gravy to the mutton, which was quite disappointing."
Very tasty Bengali cuisine....loved their daab chingri.....All must have this item.....loved d food👌👌
Food was delicious. Truely, real taste of Bengali cuisine in Delhi. Portion size was for one person i would say but if ordered more than one dish then it is enough to fill your tummy. But it was worth dine in such a great Bengali atmosphere there.

If you are in Delhi, and want to taste the highly delicious Bengali cuisine, then please visit this restaurant at the first floor of Bangabhawan near Cannaught Place. An excellent dining experience in lunch, from special thali to individual food item. And a good ambience found there.
The Restro is originally based on the Bengali Dishes. It has all the cuisines of Bengali Food dishes specially No veg dishes....Sukto, Alloo Dum and Fish fry....Aloo choler and many other tasty dishes . The restro also offers particular West Bengal sweets like Payesh, Rosogolla, Misti Doi , Sondesh
It is good for Bengali dishes with fish curry, steamed fish . Due to privatization, prices are market price , so no subsidy rates. The capacity shoukd be 30( non boarders)+20( boarders).
It is located in the premises of Banga Bhawan. I'm taking one star back because i didn't find the bill appropriate. Not value for money. Being a Bengali I can say taste was really good. If you want to experience bengali cuisine this can be a perfect destination. But the costs are slight elated. R
Ambience, staff service was up to the mark. Some foods are really good, but some dishes like I tried Mutton biriyani, but it was very disappointing. Portion size is good for two people, if regular eater.
