I recently had the pleasure of staying at Park Hotel New Delhi, and my experience exceeded expectations. The culinary delights offered at their restaurant were exceptional, boasting a diverse menu that catered to various tastes. This hotel is in need of a lot of maintenance. It looks like it has been around for a while and all of the wear and tear is really showing.
The rooms are clean, but are very worn down. The staff is friendly and takes great care of everything.
This made once have been a five-star hotel, but these days it's probably a three-star, maybe a four star if you have low standards.

The breakfast spread, while decent, fell short of the high expectations one might have from a luxury establishment. It provided a satisfactory start to the day, yet lacked the wow factor that one would anticipate.
Yet, what truly sets The Park apart is its unparalleled location. Being in close proximity to Connaught Place, it offers unparalleled accessibility to Delhi's bustling heart, making it a haven for travelers seeking convenience and vibrant city experiences.
Overall, while The Park might have smaller rooms and an average breakfast, its prime location and luxurious amenities make it a compelling choice for those looking for an upscale stay in the heart of Delhi.
This hotel has an excellent service and the location is the most appealing. The only issue I had was with the bathroom door in my room. The chain of the bathroom door was broken. Other than that, it is a good hotel. Their restaurant serves one of the best masala chai.
The Park is always wonderful 👍 I value the Park a lot. It's staff mainly guards, ground work people, the receptionists and over all everything is so authentic and cool that I felt like at home.
But this time guards were different (in terms of behavior bcz I don't remember them by face).
Anyways, it's good to go. Happy to be here!
Maintenance not up to the mark. Washroom require improvement.
The bread supplied during dinner hosted by e-let on 17th Feb were of poor quality not properly baked.
No bowl etc were provided for taking curd etc
Overall show was not upto the mark

I can say it's not good place to conduct a event as space is very congested.
Quality of dessert was also of poor quality.
Washroom maintenance require improvement
The hospitality was great. The rooms were spacious, very clean and extremely well appointed with all the amenities one would want. The bed was comfortable, shower powerful, wifi fast and toiletries luxurious. Breakfast was comprehensive, well cooked and delicious with a choice of continental English or Indian dishes. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff in the hotel or in the restaurants. All staff took pride in their work and were great. Highly recommend especially for a hotel in the heart of Delhi.
This hotel is under renovation so nothing much to tell about. I attended a conference here for a full day. Food etc is good.
This hotel is taking good care of its guests. Food is nice. And location in the heart of New Delhi is biggest plus.
Located very close to cannought circus, this hotel has a good location.
Check in was professional and fast, rooms good, neat and tidy. The restaurant has a wide range to choose from.
