Meikun – The specialty pan Asian restaurant at The Leela Convention Hotel reopened as Chinese specialty restaurant recently and I got the privilege to try the food cooked by expat Chinese chef. The white fungi soup with coconut milk was refreshing and had set the perfect tone for a fabulous Chinese lunch.  The lotus stem with oats was so good that we finished it in no time.  The array of dimsums is not just delicious but also provides lot of variety. The elegant calamari tossed in salt and paper, was absolutely delicious. The Singaporean chili crab with seafood rice was perfect for that afternoon and so was the chilliean seabass. The all-new Meikun is an absolutedelight and I am sure people would love to come and dine in here, after all, Chinese is one of our most favorite cuisine isn’t it?

The ambience is perfect for an oriental fine dining experience. The service was quick. The serving staff were warm and courteous. Tried the 4 course meal. The food exceeded my expectations.

I went there with my friends and I cannot believe that I can have proper Chinese food in India! And the fried rice was more delicious then the ones I’ve been eating at my own place. The staff was high standard and especially this boy named Sonu Kumar with his group was fantastic. So warm and kind. And I love the place very much that I had to come for a second time! Thank you to The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel and Sonu Kumar for everything. Best wishes and kind regards

After a corporate meeting. We were served delicious food. Being a non vegetarian and a bit of a less spicy fan, this place served me just the kind of food I love. Loved it.

Start off with some tangy Appetizers. The Yam Som O (spicy pomelo salad with vegetables) explodes with freshness, slight bit of tang and loads of heat. The Yum Gai Yang is a grilled chicken spicy salad with shredded chicken with a reined in tanginess. The Goong Thod Kratium Prik Thai is the fried shrimp with garlic and pepper while the Kor Moo Yang is a Pork Neck in Thai style. Two non-vegetarian dishes, both loaded with favour.

Wondrous hotel.... Nice rooms, banquet halls according to your requirements... Along with awesome food veg and non-veg both.... Really beautifully decorated and well maintained.... But little bit expensive.... Please keep this thing in your mind....
