I had a great experienceof Jay fitness point the staff there is always friendly and helpful, and they offer a variety of classes that are tailored to all fitness levels. The equipment is well-maintained and there is plenty of space to move around and exercise. The atmosphere at the gym is always positive and encouraging, which makes it a great place to go and get fit. The cost of a membership is reasonable and I have found that the gym has helped me to become more fit and motivated.
