The 5 star is majorly because it's mostly quiet; the ideal place for me to sit for hours on end while I eat, read, and spend some me time doing nothing. Amid the chaotic mess of Delhi Haat, this is an oasis.
It's expensive, though. But as long as my idyllic existence is intact here and the food is ok, I am ok. : )
The Veg food is below avg. So a 2.5 star I guess.
Love the non veg fare here, esp Rista, Goshtaba, Yakhni. 4 star.
Qahwah tea should look more presentable and not served in paper cups. Mahaul( ambience) matters.
Even if they serve me avg food on off days once in a while, I will still go here. It's away from crowd, away from noise, from people, from everyone. This place is PEACE for me. Delhi still has a few of them.
For lunch, I enjoyed Rishta and Rice. Initially, I thought the prices were a bit high, but after trying it, I found it worth the cost in Delhi. The perfect balance of spices introduced a new and delightful flavor to my taste buds, especially for someone not familiar with Kashmiri cuisine. Despite being already full that day, I'm eager to revisit and explore more items on the menu.
I would say one of the best places to have authentic kashmiri cuisine, the rishtaba served here along with mutton rogan josh is of next level.
Its situated in midst of the food heaven of INA
Must visit for all food lovers to explore authentic cuisine of different states of india
